Johny's Spot in Larnaca

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable, has a great atmosphere, and the balcony is a lovely bonus. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a really nice place to relax. I’m happy to recommend it and would gladly come back in the future.

Cons: There wasn't enough lights in the room The shower phone needed to be replaced with a new and better one It will be nice to storage the suitcase before the check in and after the check out untill the flight or transport arrival.

Location

Pros: Great location, the area is a bit noisy, but I think it was safe. The apartment is small, nicely decorated, there is no view, except for the surrounding buildings. However, overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation, especially the location, which is 2 minutes from the beautiful streets of Larnaca and a short walk to the first beach.

Cons: When we arrived it was clean, but there were places where it was dusty, especially on the terrace, as well as a few unwashed pots. I later read that cleaning and changing bed linen is an additional charge and that is a negative side, considering that we booked for 11 days.

Lovely spot

Pros: Great little apartment in a great location. The room was very clean and had great facilities. 5 minutes walk from the beach and all the shops in the main town are practically on your doorstep.

Pros: A cosy place, good location. All facilities are in good condition, good WiFi.

Pros: A lovely compact studio with a bed niche. It was very quiet and peaceful for sleeping. The kitchen was welle quilt with everything. A small balcony with table and chairs. If you stand on your toes you could see the sea.

Cons: Poor hot water, with a small electric heater in the shower. Difficult to regulate, and the water was either extremely hot at first, then alternated between Luke warm and cold. There was no hot water at the bathroom sink. In the kitchen a separate hot water mit at the sink did not work, so no hot water to wash up. No dustpan to sweep up properly, and the sofa in the laundry bing area was a bit small and quite low to the ground. The immediate area seemed a bit dodgy, but a block beyond was fine. Dispute these minor issues. I would book again.

Pros: Excellent apartment, perfect location by the beach and bus stops as well as town centre, nice surprise to find well stocked with oil, ice cubes, salt and pepper, coffee etc. :)

Cons: Shower pressure low and hot water temperamental.

Hygiene

Pros: Gutes WLAN. Ausreichend Platz für eine Person. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sauber.

Cons: Küchenausstattung sehr übersichtlich, Badezimmer ziemlich ungepflegt. Überall sind hunderte kleine Fliegen. Fehlende Reinigungsutensilien wie Lappen, Tücher und genügend Abfallbeutel.
