Good option for family

Pros: Very good appartment, with good size rooms, living room, kitchen and big balcony. Very good price vs quality. Walking distance for the center and one beach, very good parking side.

Cons: The sourrondings are not so good but you go to The appartment only to sleep.

Fantastic Stay, Great Location

Pros: Clean, modern, spacious, close to beach and Main Street for shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was also fantastic. We prefer longer stays in apartments with all the familiar household requirements which this place had eg, hoover, iron, washing machine etc etc. I would definitely return and will highly recommend to friends and family

Hidden gem in an up and coming area of Larnaca

Pros: A very nice newly renovated apartment close to the airport. Great size and facilities. Our first time to Cyprus so we were unsure of the area but found some great restaurants along the water even though coming here directly from the airport we thought we were away from everything. Great communication from Periclis and we really appreciated the fact that he let us have an extra long checkout on the day we left.

Cons: Periclis asked for feedback which we gave him directly. Would not say there was anything we would rate as bad at all...

Pros: a nice and quiet apartment, from which it was easy to drive around Cyprus

Cons: maybe the wiew from terrace to right side is not so good (bus/car repair shop)

Pros: The host was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment was clean, VERY well equipped and in a very good location. Much better than hotel.

Modern, spacious flat in a great location.

Pros: The property is well located, in a quiet street for a good night’s sleep but in close proximity to the sea side, restaurants and bars. Clean and spacious, the flat was clearly renovated recently to a high standard. Host was very accommodating and responsive.

Pros: Doskonały kontakt z obsługą, mieszkanie czyste. Czekał na nas poczęstunek. Na wyposażeniu są w okresie zimowym cieplejsze kołdry. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Cons: W kuchni jest jeden bardzo duży garnek i jedna bardzo duza patelnia. Przydałby sie mały garnek, mała patelnia i nóż kuchenny oraz nieduze ceramiczne miseczki. Z naczyń stołowych jest kilka talerzy płytkich i głębokich.

Schönes Appartement mit sehr netten und immer hilfsbereitenm Vermieter.

Pros: Es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen, der Vermieter war immer sehr schnell erreichbar und wir konnten die kleinen Dinge regeln.

Cons: Durch die Bebauung ist der Ausblick eben nicht der tollste, aber wer mehr möchte, soll Meer buchen. Für meine Zwecke war es völlig okay, also eigentlich auch kein Grund zum Jammern.

Returning to this property again, great location and great service from the owner

Pros: Good location, close to restaurants but on a quiet street with no noise. Renovated flat with modern finish. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
