We truly felt at home here.
Pros: Highly recommended! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location – just a short walk to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops. The owner was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on the best local beaches and places to visit. It was the perfect base for our stay in Cyprus – we’d love to come back!

Nice big apartment, great stay
Pros: Very nice apartment, it has everything you need and we had a nice time there. The host was pleasant.
Cons: It was very loud (there is a disco nearby plus a boxing machine right next to the apartment) and at night it was too much having loud drunk people around plus the loud music. Not that this is the hosts fault, but it is something which may interrupt your sleep.

Nice flat but extremely rude guests in the same building
Pros: The flat itself is really nice, well-decorated and for the three of us, it was enough space. The host was also very welcoming and helped us to find a cab to drive us from and to the airport. Those were the reasons why I have 9 as an overall score.
Cons: The largest problem is the location. If you are not a drunk 20 years old English man, you are not in the right place. The flat is located in a building along with some other flats in the center, near the clubs. The clubs were not a problem. You may hear the music, but it was not that near to be bothered. But we were absolutely unable to sleep during our stay there because of the extremely rude other guests in the building and in the building across the street. They were yelling from one building to another, singing, throwing out near our window and parking their ATVs in the middle of the night 50 cm from our windows, making a lot of noise until 6AM in the morning. It is not, of course, the owner's fault because he cannot educate the other guests in the building, but if you want to have a relaxed holiday, I think it is better to choose another place, not Ayia Napa or at least another place more remote.

Pros: Yiorgos is a great host! Our communication was smooth and detailed. He provided us with all the necessary info about the accommodation and nearby places.

Pros: We had everything we needed, we didn't meet the host but he always checked up on us making sure that everything is OK. He even let us check in early and check out late. I recommend this place and would gladly stay again.

Pros: Direkt neben der Partystrasse, aber doch ganz ruhig. Super Ausstattung, easy Checkin, Parkplatz und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in top Zustand. Gegenüber gibt es ein super Restaurant.

Pros: Butas labai švarus, buvo visa reikiama virtuvės įranga, vieta automobiliui, terasa. Viskas labai patiko. Šeimininkas labai draugiškas, davė daug patarimų, ką pamatyti ir kur nukeliauti. Lovos patogios. Vieta labai gera, šalia tiek paplūdimys, tiek barai, klubai ir parduotuvės.
Cons: Šiek tiek triukšminga, nes klubų gatvė 2 min kelio nuo buto, tačiau tai visiškai neturkdė miegoti, naudojant ausų kamštukus, to čia ir atvykome - dėl linksmybių. )

Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowe zameldowanie, gdyż klucze czekają w skrytce przy drzwiach. Apartament przestronny, komfortowy, w pełni klimatyzowany. Dostępne prywatne miejsce parkingowe przy apartamencie. W bliskiej odległości znajdują się sklepy, restauracje, czy kluby.

Pros: Obiekt pod każdym względem spełnił oczekiwania dla rodziny 2+2. Cały apartament klimatyzowany, czysty, przestronny, komfortowy. Kuchnia, łazienka dobrze wyposażona, niczego nie brakuje. W sypialniach wygodne łóżka.
