Beautiful, comfortable, convenient, friendly
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. The accommodation was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The peaceful environment ensured we slept very well at night. Throughout our stay, we felt extremely comfortable, almost like being at home. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, and the bus stop is conveniently close by. Tony, the owner, was always friendly and provided us with many great tips to make the most of our trip. All in all, nothing was lacking, and we had a fantastic time. Highly recommend!

Pros: The apartment was very central, close to amenities, beaches, restaurants and bars. The apartment was also very clean and the owner of the property is super helpful and understanding.
Cons: The apartment in itself is very clean and in tiptop condition, however the common areas of the building and entryway are not the cleanest.

Pros: The place was exactly as in the pictures, clean and with lots of ammenities. Tony (the host) was also nice and helped with any details we needed. The check-in was very flexible, we arrived late but the keys are in a box so it's no problem. The access to the pool is also an advantage, but it's in the sun all day and there is no shade.
Cons: The location of the building itself is ok, but mind that you have do to quite some walking inside the building to get to the apartment, and the right door is also a bit hard to find. This is not a problem unless you come and go many times a day in the house, but it can be a problem if you want to use the sunbeds at the pool, since they are in the apartment and you have to carry them back and forth every time.

Pros: The location was exceptional, max 10 minute walk from anywhere.

Pros: I must say that our host, Tony, made our experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The apartment itself was fantastic, with all the amenities we could possibly need. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything in working order. One of the best aspects of the apartment was its location. It was conveniently situated near the center of Ayia Napa, within walking distance to restaurants, the water park, and beautiful beaches. Despite being close to all the action, the apartment was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. I can confidently say that when I return to Cyprus, I would never even consider booking a different place. Tony and his apartment have set the bar incredibly high, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayia Napa. Thank you, Tony, for making our stay unforgettable!
