Great stay and excellent host!

Pros: The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. The landlord was very kind and responsive. We had a small issue with the toilet flush and water on the first day (Sunday), and he immediately sent someone to fix it the next morning while we were out. When we came back, everything was perfectly repaired and working great. Really appreciated the quick response and care. Highly recommended!

Pros: The accommodation is in an excellent location, just a few meters from the main street. The area is full of restaurants and shops, and the harbor, town center, and beach are all within easy walking distance. The bus stop serving both local and intercity lines is also just a few steps away. The inner courtyard is pleasant and offers a sense of space, privacy, and relaxation. The host is attentive, always available, and ready to help with anything needed, which adds to the overall positive experience.

Cons: Some minor improvements and repairs are needed. For example, the bathroom door is a bit difficult to close.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant holiday. The location was excellent, very close to the bus stop that takes you to the beach, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The host, Alex, was extremely responsive and helpful, always replying quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Overall, I do recommend staying here.

Pros: We were a group of 5 young people who stayed here for 3 nights. Originally, we planned this trip for 4 nights, but our flight got cancelled, we got new tickets though we lost one night. The owner was really helpful, he refunded us even when we had non-refundable option. Bathroom and bedrooms looked clean, there was no mold. In the kitchen was a microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. We had also a water container with 10l of water, so we didn’t have to buy so much water as the tap water isn’t drinkable on Cyprus. Every room had an AC and the living room had a ventilator too. Facilities, services, attitude, everything was just outstanding for that price at Ayia Napa.

Cons: As we were on a ground floor, there were few ants on the floor in the living room where was the approach to the patio.

Pros: Alex provided amazing customer service throughout our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location.

Cons: I can’t sleep without a blanket and there were only thin sheets in the beds. With aircon on it got kind of cold and without it very hot.

More than worth it!

Pros: Amazing apartment 4 people! Location was in the centre. Big fridge and freezer! Airco in every room. A lot of little extras like water dispenser, soaps, hair products, volleyball and a small goody bag with cookies. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable!

Cons: The 2 beds in the twin room were a bit less comfortable but I’d still give them a 7.

Awesome short break

Pros: Location was fantastic. Easy walk to bars and restaurants, close to the club district but not affected by the noise. Snacks and drinks had been left for us. There was an amazing bakery next door with loads of vegan options for me. Communication with host was very easy. The neighbours were friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: Slight drain smell in bathroom, but being a ground floor flat in Cyprus this is not a surprise. The patio area was not very private. Maybe some plants in pots would make it feel less exposed.

Pros: Amazing host, available when you need him. Location of the property was great. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks provided, clean and tidy, very comfortable, all the essentials like beach towels etc provided. 5star service and can only recommend.

Cons: The only thing to dislike was the length of my stay 😁😁 always hard to leave a place like this

A pleasant stay in Cyprus

Pros: Accommodation in a convenient quiet location near the centre of the town. Everything is within walking distance. Just opposite is an excellent bakery and cafe. It is obvious that the owner has taken care to ensure that visitors do not miss anything. There were beach towels, home shoes, a ready barrel of water, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.

Cons: The accommodation does not have good ground damp proofing and this is noticeable in the bedroom. It would be advisable to at least air out properly before the arrival of the residents. Despite all the settings, the air conditioning was quite noisy (we used it for heating in winter). Opposite the terrace is a parking and the back wall of shops.
