Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need — a fully stocked kitchen, cosmetics, and even thoughtful extras like an umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler. The location is great, with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The owner was extremely kind and generous, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. As other guests have mentioned, there is a strip club in the building, but it caused us no problems at all during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again!

Pros: I stayed at Sylvia’s apartment for a week: the apartment was perfect, clean, and equipped with every comfort one might need. There was no need to contact the host as I didn’t encounter any problems, but in any case, the host showed availability through chat messages. If I were to return to Ayia Napa, I would know exactly where to stay.

Pros: Good place! The house was clean, well-organized and had everything you might need. The bathroom was also in perfect condition. The location is excellent-right on Nissi Avenue, close to beautiful beaches and many restaurants. There is a strip club on the ground floor of the building, but it did not disturb us at all during our stay.

Great apartment and host
Pros: The apartment is in a great location, close to all the clubs and right next to Nissi Avenue. Like other people said there’s a strip club close to the structure but no matter what time we came home, day or night, we felt safe and honestly if not for the sign we wouldn’t even know, that’s how peaceful it was. The apartment was bigger than it looks like in the picture and there’s everything and more someone would need. I highly recommend this place and the host was always super helpful and nice.

An amazing stay
Pros: The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped with everything you may need. There were multiple adapters for the standard european outlets available. The location of the apartment is great. It has its own parking, which was amazing since we had a car rented. Overall, it was a great stay.
Cons: Tap water isn't suitable for drinking.

Pros: We thank the owner of the apartment for a good time, comfortable accommodation and friendly communication. The apartment is located in a quiet area and within walking distance to the beaches and the city center. Everything you need is nearby: shops, pharmacies, cafes, bus stops. We definitely recommend the host and the apartment.

Pros: The apartment was as described, there were all kind of accessories that were useful for us. It was easy to find and also very near to the bus stop so it was easy to travel to the beaches. The host was very kind and helpful and always responsive when we needed something. Great vacation.
Cons: One thing that was missing in this apartment was lack of some small dining table with 2-3 chairs.
