Pros: Very nice apartment,it had everything i need.I loved to watch the sea from the balcony.Costas is a really nice person.It is very close to the center of Ayia Napa,and it is not so noisy.We had a lovely staying.Thank you very much..

Great value for money and nice communication

Pros: Everything was as expected and the communication was great!

Cons: There wasn’t much to dislike, but having a few more kitchen appliances and utensils would make a longer stay more feasible.

Basic and perfect

Pros: Very good bed, slept like a baby. Nice balcony with seaview. The shower was awesome with very good pressure and hot. The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly. Price/quality perfect

Cons: Nothing but don't expect a luxury stay. Its a basic studio in a bit old building. The only thing was that i couldn't extend my stay because it was already booked :) The next time when i am around it will be the first place that i will check

Pros: The house is absolutely wonderful — beautiful, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is perfect: close to the city center and not far from the sea, everything you need is nearby. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. The host is exceptionally kind, polite, and attentive. He was always ready to help with anything and even drove me to the airport, which I truly appreciated. I had such a great experience staying here — warm, pleasant, and unforgettable. I’ll remember this place with a smile and would be happy to come back again!

Perfect stay and so close to everything!

Pros: Excellent apartment equipped with a small kitchen, new air conditioning and a nice terrace. Very close to the square where all the buses to the beaches stops or to the airport. In the neighborhood are so many bars and night clubs just 3 minutes from the accommodation. Great for this value!

Nice apartment, good hosts.

Pros: Excellent value for money. If you’re not looking for luxury, this apartment is great. It’s spacious and completely quiet – you can sleep very well. There was always plenty of hot water. The owners are very pleasant and friendly. We paid much less for the air conditioning than what was listed, which is another big plus. You can walk to the beach (10–15 minutes).

Cons: It takes a bit more time for the room to cool down, I assume the air conditioning is old and that’s the reason. We had a misunderstanding about changing the bed linens – we were supposed to inform the owners if we wanted them changed, but we didn’t, so they weren’t replaced. However, they did replace the towels. Overall, the impression is that with just a small investment, the apartment could be much better.

Nice place

Pros: The apartment has nice view to the city from above, is right next to the famous tavern napa and the kiosk is just in the downtown floor. Good communication and friendly people. Is one of the low cost housing in Napa, but you get everything you need. Two single beds, full equipment kitchen and bathroom.
