Pros: We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and pleasantly scented. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was readily available and convenient. Several small shops offering drinks and food were just a few minutes' walk away. While the nearest beach was approximately 20 minutes distant, this was not an issue as we had a car. We did notice some street noise, but this is to be expected in Ayia Napa.

Cozy comfy apartment with all the facilities that you need!!!

Pros: The apartment was the same as in the pictures a nice decent and comfy room with a bathroom and kitchen facilities and also a nice balcony. The host was awesome best regards to Marios for everything he gave as a tour of the apartment, gave as a paper with places to visit such as the best beaches, clubs, bars, restaurants, activities, sites and landmarks and etc. Helped us with the buses and timetables and how to get back to the airport in Larnaca. The cleaning staff did an extremely good job at cleaning the place changing towels and sheets, throwing out the trash...THANK YOU MARIOS BEST HOST ❤️ LOVE FROM SERBIA

Perfection

Pros: Everything was perfect. Best host that you can get, lots of recommendations, instructions on how to arrive from the airport etc. Apartman was better than on pictures. Location perfect, close to center, but still no noise. High recommendation for the apartmant and the host, we will come back for sure!

The owner is very friendly, he gave us a list of things to see in Ayia Napa, a list of the best restaurants,.. when we come back to Ayia Napa, we will definitely book this apartment again. Great place to stay and quality accomodation

Pros: The host was fantastic and very welcoming, he moved us to a ground floor apt as my wife currently has trouble with stairs after a hip operation. A really nice guy.

Cons: Can get noisy at night but it is Ayia Napa, otherwise all OK.

Great value for money

Pros: Great value for money. Clean and tidy apartment. Very friendly host.

Cons: Wish it had more natural light and maybe a bigger kitchen, but with the price you cannot complain. Parking is available, but not the easiest.

The host was welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. There are supermarkets and great restaurants within walking distance.
