Pros: Amazing apartment very nice location the house provide all the needs for your stay that it’s a washing machine that is open. It’s a flat big TV nice but I’m definitely recommended very clean in the price. It’s a very good price and let’s not forget about the host, very responsible and very kind thank you very much.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and everything is in great condition. It has everything you need for cooking — all the kitchenware, including pots and pans, is new and spotless. You can always ask for fresh towels or anything you might need; the host is always nearby and ready to help. He’s a very nice person and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. The location is quiet but still in the city center, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. We didn’t walk to the beach as we rented a car, parking is available right at the apartment’s door.

Fantastic apartment - great location - brilliant host!

Pros: This is a brilliant apartment in a great location. The apartment is very well equipped. Very comfortable. Clean. Quiet. Secure. Modern. Has easy parking. Has all the facilities you need incl full kitchen. This was like a home from home and worked perfectly well for the 3 person stay we needed. The host stands out as incredibly communicative… best I’ve ever encountered. From initial booking communication through to arrival process and connecting every couple of hours to ask if ok and also to answer questions on recommendation a locally, this host (Pavlov) was so helpful and attentive. We had zero problems - only a great stay. Will most definitely book this again!

Cons: I liked everything. If I had one neg comment it would be the the buildings around these modern apartments are vacant and some rundown but ignore those. It’s safe area but literally 2 mins walk into start of main Ayia Napa strip - bars, restaurants, shops, clubs etc are all so close to walk to. Beach/harbour is 10min walk.
