By the Beach Villa 7

Pros: The villa overall was good. The location was great. We were less than 10 mins walk from Trinity Beach. It is a small but lovely beach for relaxing and taking a walk . 15 mins drive from Ayia Napa. There are a lot of eating places near the accommodation and also more options in Ayia Napa. The staff were great and helpful.

Cons: I think there could be some improvements in terms of cleanliness of the pool, the living room rug. Also, adding more comfortable sofas

Pros: Beautiful villa in a very quiet area. Equipped with everything you need for your stay!

Fantastic location, large villa well decorated with lovely pool and rooftop jacoozi.

Pros: The managing agent (MK) were very helpful and accommodating, they make the check-in check-out process very easy. The Villa is very spacious, much bigger than the pictures show. Kitchen has everything needed and was clean. There is a large TV in the living room which has Netflix etc. and there is also a projector outside to view movies on the large white wall to the back of the pool. The pool is big enough and can be lit at night, there is also a large rooftop jacoozi. Location is great with a perfect bakery (Zorba's) within walking distance. Lots of very nice restaurants on the same road as the bakery.

Cons: We visited in October and you only get about 2-3 hours of sunshine on the pool as it is quite well boxed in, good for privacy though. This is just an observation for anyone travelling this time of the year. The pillows, fabric on all of the chairs, sofa's and sun loungers were very stained and dirty. There is some noise from the road but we were able to ignore this.

Amazing stay in a lovely villa, great holiday destination!

Pros: We were kindly let into the property a couple of hours early which was much appreciated after an overnight flight. The host sent a really useful message with an explanation on how to find/access/enter the villa and made the checking in process very easy by coming to the property once we’d got in. We had a couple of questions about the hot tub etc and the host was helpful and very quick to respond and sent the pool man to sort out the minor issue. The villa itself was in a great location and walking distance to the sea. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and with the added bonus of a hot tub on the roof which benefitted from a daily sunset and we had very effective air conditioning throughout the villa. With overall great facilities, we couldn’t fault the property at all and really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Very minor thing, couple of plug sockets weren’t working in the kitchen which didn’t bother us during the stay, the host was happy to send someone out, but we weren’t too worried. Didn’t like having to leave Cyprus!

Excellent value for money, brand new, modern villas with everything you need. Super clean and comfortable.

Pros: Brand new, modern, clean and spacious. Well decorated and very nice design! Everything was in good condition and like brand new. Swimming pool is shaded in the morning which is great, there’s a lot of shade in the garden as well which helps. The 2 double beds were comfortable. Towels and basic shower gels were provided. It felt like going to a hotel and the welcome book was nice. There were drinks in the fridge which could be purchased as well.

Cons: It was sort of “on the road”, main road. You could hear the traffic sometimes but it wasn’t too bad. The single beds were not good quality though as the mattress didn’t fit the base so the mattresses were lop sided. Since it wasn’t even, it would sink on one side.

Pros: Management of the villa by MK Property Management during our stay has shown the highest level of professional competence in all aspects of their work during our stay . Attention to detail , excellent communication skills and willingness for us to truly enjoy our vacation home .

Pros: Everything was lovely, good communication with the host, house was super clean we had small soaps shampoos and a welcome gift from the hosts. Jacuzzi in the villa was perfect we enjoyed, especially my wife..:) Definitely Recommended!

Pros: Haus schön und modern eingerichtet. Viele große Fenster, genügend WCs, schöne Badezimmer. Swimmingpool relativ groß und tief + regelmäßige Reinigung. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet. Außenanlagen schön und ebenfalls gemütlich. Eigener Parkplatz Kontakt mit Maria sehr einfach und schnell

Cons: Dachterasse könnte etwas Liebe gebrauchen. Geschirrspültabs und Müllsackerl wären auch eine nette Gefälligkeit, kann aber bei dem ersten Supermarktbesuch erledigt werden, also nicht tragisch

Pros: וילה יפה בריכה נעימה ג׳קוזי בגג מיטה גדולה ונוחה מקלחת מרווחת מטבח מאובזר , הוילה במרחק של 7 דקות הליכה מחוף ים מקומי מקסים עם שקיעות יפות ובר מהמם

Cons: וילה מס 7 ממוקמת על הכביש , כשיושבים בבריכה אז הרעש מהכביש מפריע , הקירות מסביב לבריכה , בטון חשוף כאילו לא סיימו את העבודה יש מגבלת שימוש בחשמל שנועד לעודד צריכת חשמל בצורה יעילה ( יש לציין שהמכסה מספיקה לשימוש שלנו)

Pros: Bis auf den Straßenverkehr am Morgen vor dem Haus, war es sehr ruhig und angenehm. (Ende Oktober)

Cons: Der Pool ist leider nur 1-2 Stunden am Tag in der Sonne und selbst da nur teilweise. Daher haben wir meistens auf der Dachterasse gelegen.
