Pros: Our stay was truly wonderful! The villa provided everything we needed for a perfect vacation, including a private pool, a grill, and easy parking, which made everything so much more relaxing. The villa is well-equipped with both large and small appliances. We were pleasantly surprised to find basic groceries like bread, butter, jam, milk, and juice waiting for us upon our arrival, which was especially thoughtful given our late check-in. The location is ideal—quiet yet conveniently close to the beach and local restaurants. Our host, Menelaos, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on local cultural events and the best places to savor Meze. Thank you, Menelaos, for being such a great host! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

Pros: Very nice Villa in peacefull surroundings, close to restaurants and beaches. Own pool, good sized bedrooms with each with their own air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen made the stay a very pleasant one. A very strong recommendation from us to anybody travelling to the region and looking for a quality place to stay with a very responsive host.
Cons: The vacation was too short.. but that cant be blamed on the owner of the Villa 😁.

Excellent place for relaxing holidays
Pros: Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We had everything we needed including the private pool and car parking which made our holiday completely worry-free. The location is perfect—situated in a quiet area, yet with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The views from the property’s rooftop terrace are stunning, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Menelaos, for being such great host! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

Amazing house close to the beach
Pros: Being a short walk from some very nice and less crowded beaches was a huge plus, also being able to walk to the brilliant Zorbas bakery. The property itself was just what we needed as a family of four: the kids loved the pool and we loved the rooftop terrace. The cats are also cute. The friendly welcome and fantastic service provided by the host, Menelaos made us feel especially welcome. We'll be back for sure.

Pros: location is 7 min walk from a nice beach, villa is spacious and well equiped. The pool was frequently cleaned. Menelaos our host was very helpful he gave us all sort of tips for our stay on the first day.
Cons: The villa had only one bathroom, and one guest toilet. That can be inconvenient if many guests.

Pros: Хозяин виллы был очень ответственный Заранее все обсудили, в 4 день проживания он оставил для нас гостинец, их местный традиционный пирог, было очень приятно! Так же он посоветовал нам красивые места для посещения и подробно объяснил что где находится что очень помогло!
Cons: На общественной парковке пляжа Konnos Bay нам вскрыли машину и украли всю наличку, спасибо что отставили документы хоть, это не связано с хозяином и виллы, но лучше чтоб те кто захочет приехать не наступили на те же грабли, лучше оставляйте машину на платных парковках либо возле мест с камерами видеонаблюдения

Pros: Menelaos, jest najlepszym gospodarzem jakiego możesz sobie wyobrazić. Jest przygotowany na wszystko, załatwi ci w sposób profesjonalny twoje życzenia i potrzeby (taksówka lotniskowa, sklepy, restauracje, rezerwacje, lekarza) i ma przede wszystkim piękną willę z basenem, a jeśli dodatkowo lubisz relaks w nocy to taras na szczycie jest unikatowy. Na głównej ulicy autobus, którym dotrzesz we wszystkie miejsca w tym rejonie Cypru i można to potraktować jako dodatkową atrakcję lub wręcz przygodę :). W okolicy duży sklep METRO z dostawą pod drzwi, bo po co marnować czas.
Cons: Czas tu wcale wolniej nie płynie :(
