Short stroll to beach from your spacious and comfortable Villa

Pros: Spacious and comfortable villa within walking distance to beautiful Serena Beach.

Cons: Nothing not to like. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults.

Pros: Great villa, the host was very kind! A peaceful place to be 🥰 Very good location near a bus stop and very close to lovely places in Pernera and Protaras !!!

Pros: This residence villas all in Santorini style are beautiful. There is completely quiet and it is close to beach also.

Cons: Furniture is little bit old

Spacious villa in fantastic location

Pros: The location of this villa is unbeatable - access to great beaches and restaurants, everything is walking distance and it is a very peaceful location for a relaxing family holiday. The villa is very spacious and we had no problem fitting our big group, both inside and outside (we were 3 couples with children). The kitchen was well equipped and we also made use of the charcoal barbecue outside. You can log into your Netflix account on the TV which is great and the Wifi was also good. I have to also say that the management of the villa is superb - any issues we had were fixed almost immediately and they even let me extend my stay.

Cons: There were people checking out the day we arrived which, from experience, means that a house of this size will not be deep cleaned for check in unless there is a large professional cleaning crew. There was surface level cleanliness and the sheets/towels were also clean which is important, however things like furniture, windows/doors, the floors outside etc. should have also been cleaned. Some photos also need to be updated so as not to mislead people because furniture makes a big difference (for example there is only one couch in the living room now and no armchair which matters if you are a big group, the beds are also completely different in 2 of the rooms and there are no mosquito nets). The umbrella by the pool was also missing which was an issue for our small children using the pool during the day. Given the location and the excellent communication from the team I would still book this villa again.

Good Location , Villa & Host.

Pros: Great Villa , and Host. Location was good. The Family enjoyed the Villa & Swimming Pool.

Very nice house, great pool, near nice beaches

Pros: Great house located within a 10-20 min drive from most famous beaches in the region. Families have a great amount of fun with the large pool.

Cons: I found the deposit process unclear but this was clarified via mesages with the owner. The room with less sunlight appeared/smelled not to be often ventilated, but probably because it was the very start of the season.

Pros: Szuper volt az elhelyezkedés, két kis öböltől is 3 perc sétára, csendes környéken. Két család kényelmesen elfér. A terasz szuper, grillezési lehetőség is van.

Cons: Elég kevés mosogatógép kapszula volt hagyva, a Nespresso kávéfőzőhöz pedig egyáltalán nem volt. A konyha edényekkel jól felszerelt, viszont a sütőt nem tudtuk használni. A hetedik személynek nem volt előkészitve ágynemű, szerencse, hogy találtunk két vadiúj párnát :) A medencében nagyon hideg a viz.

Pobyt udany, pogoda dopisała, cisza i spokój poza sezonem.

Pros: Lokalizacja była super,morze na wyciągnięcie ręki.

Pros: המיקום היה מצויין , קרוב לחוף הים - הגעה על ידי שביל שנמצא בסוף הסמטה. הבית היה נקי ונעים. המטבח מאוד מאובזר. היה לנו ממש כיף להיות כיף וסיפק את כל צרכנו. הבעיה היחידה בכל השהות הייתה שמהלילה הראשון התרענו לבעל הבית דימיטריס על זה שהדוד חשמל למים חמים לא עובד והוא ניסה לסדר, אבל עד סוף השהות הדוד לא עבד. ובגלל שהיינו משפחה גדולה, אני ואישתי התקלחנו במים קרים למרות שכל שאר המשפחה התקלחו זריז יחסית. אבל חוץ מזה הכל היה מצויין!!!

Cons: הדוד מים חמים על החשמל. בקיץ יש דוד שמש שעובד טוב מאוד והמים מספיקים ל5 נפשות.. מעבר לזה לא נתקלנו בבעיות נוספות
