Pernera Holiday Villa 173

Pros: Villa is in a great area of Paralimini ideal for a chilled holiday but close enough to access other busier areas by either walking or catching a bus. Bus stop within a few minutes walk and only €2 euros a journey daytime or €3 euros at night. The pool was my favourite part of the accommodation,very clean and a great temperature. The outdoor chairs were replaced whilst we were there after complaining to the management company, Stephanie was very helpful.

Cons: The Villa is starting to look tired and could do with some investment and minor maintenance. The BBQ did the job but is definitely past it's best. We reported the mattress in the back double room (you could feel the springs) but unfortunately it didn't get changed before we left. There was no welcome pack on arrival which would have been useful. The rear of the villa backs onto a pub which usually had the back door open so if you don't want loud evening entertainment then this is not the place for you!

Lovely, clean and well maintained villa

Pros: There was nothing we could fault with the villa. It was well equipped, clean, comfy and the pool was lovely and warm. One of the air-conditioning units broke whilst we were there but it was fixed straight away. We never used the bbq but was a nice touch. The air-conditioning throughout was great and much needed. Stephanie (im sure that was her name) was very responsive regarding the air-conditioning and the neighbours. Unfortunately as they dont own the villa next door, there wasn't much more she could do about the neighbors but thankyou for trying

Cons: The only negative to this villa were the neighbours. Unfortunately you can't control who will be staying next door! The local neighbours around were pleasant and respectful, however, there was a group of lads next door who were sometimes partying until 6am. Once i had mentioned this to stephanie, it did improve. All the owners on the street should all agree to only have families/couples as this isn't fair on those who like to sleep at normal hours. We chose a quiet area for a reason and other than, the 2 noisy groups, it was a really lovely quiet area

Pros: Very clean. Had everything we needed. Great location.

Cons: Nothing.

Picture perfect but maybe better in May and September.

Pros: Very nice big pool, was deeper than we expected. Amenities and rooms at the villa were great. Exactly as in pictures.

Cons: Unfortunately you can’t know who your neighbours will be and we ended up having to endure parties with loud music until 5am, for three nights during our stay. Can’t really do anything about this, no one seemed to care however we had a 3 month old baby with us so this wasn’t great. Also, there practically no shade at the pool during the times of 1000-1630pm, so unless you want to burn, the pool during these times in the peak of the summer is completely unusable. The one umbrella is not nearly enough for everyone to share, plus it’s really hard to move. Likewise the rooftop patio is also unusable again due to the heat.

Great villa in a great location

Pros: Location, bars, restaurants & shops on your door step, on main bus route, villa was adequately furnished. TV channels were excellent

Cons: Beds are a bit too firm, most villas we have been to provide a folder with all the information needed for the villa & surrounding area but this was missing, took us some time to discover the information to turn electricity on, not ideal when arriving late at night in the dark. No beach towels provided & disappointed no welcome pack of milk or water until shops open.

Pros: Everything was excellent. The pool was clean, and the house was clean and had everything we needed. The area was nice 👌 close to Protaras and Agia Napa. We had a fantastic holidays thank you

Pros: Der var alt vi skulle bruge i forhold til skabs plads, køkken artikler og mulighed for at sidde både inde og ude. Poolen var fantastisk og oplyst . En primitiv men fin udendørs bruser til at skylle sig. Dejligt med en tagterrasse, 6 liggestole. Gode værelser og 3 toiletter. Det var perfekt til vores familie med børn i alderen 20, 14, 12 og 9 år. Der var mange steder man kunne placere sig. Værten svarer hurtigt. Alt er rent og ordentligt.

Cons: Der er ikke rigtig noget. Der var et lille hul i grillen, den kunne sagtens bruges , men den dryppede. Der var ikke lås på toiletdørene.
