George's Lux Villa

Amazing family break away made extra special by the villa snd location.

Pros: Homely feel, spacious, clean, and generally a lovely Villa.

Cons: Cold pool which is down to the time of year that we visited.

A true Gem

Pros: What can we say other than how excellent this accommodation and the owners are. Both George and his mother made sure we wanted for nothing, they are so genuinely lovely and helpful , George even helped us to secure our transfers ! The Villa is spotless and has everything you need to have the most wonderful time. The location is ideal and is in easy reach of beaches, resteraunts, and a supermarket. A pool guy comes over every few days, too. We are already looking at returning next year. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again.

Lovely holiday

Pros: Villa is in a quiet street just minutes walk to shops and restaurants, our flight was a little late so George sent very clear details of location and how to access everything. It was a pleasant surprise to find drinks and snacks left for us. The beaches are only 10 minutes easy walk.

Cons: Unfortunately one of the beds base was broken but we managed without, I told George’s mother when I met her and as we didn’t need it she assured us they would see to it when we left.

Pros: This Property is located in an excellent area. It has everything you need for a great short or long term stay. The property gives great value for money, it’s very clean and has all the features, benefits and necessary things to ensure you have an amazingly enjoyable time. The property offers offer Outstanding Customer Service. They are available to assist without being Overbearing.

Totally perfect!

Pros: This was a perfect stay for us, George and his mother were friendly and personable and the little treats on arrival really made us smile. George went above and beyond to support, even helping to find support when a Cypriot cat showed up and seemed unwell. The beds were comfy, it was convenient having multiple bathrooms. The pool had sun all day and the roof terrace lets you see the sunset. Easy distance to stunning beaches.

Beautiful villa in an excellent location with a friendly and accommodating host.

Pros: Host was so welcoming and kind. Supermarket was closed as we arrived on Boxing Day so he got some provisions in for us. Location is superb - 5/10 minute walk to Pernera Beach and the villa was superb.

Pros: Great location, a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes to the beach. Comfortable and good facilities. Lovely owners

Superb

Pros: Where it’s situated. The pool the little treats they left. Meeting George’s mum who was lovely. There were a few little issues however if they could be sorted straight away they were if not a promise to put it right, which I know they will. It was a perfect stay.

Cons: Everything was lovely as I said above little issues will be sorted. Maybe better WiFi upstairs but to be honest who needs it upstairs as your on holiday so shouldn’t be so reliant on it. It was fine downstairs.

Nice villa close to Pernera.

Pros: Excellent location. Spotless clean. Well equipped and organised. Spacious villa and nice pool.

Cons: Mattresses not very comfy. Extra towels would have been nice.

Excellent villa well equipped and well located.

Pros: Excellent villa had all we needed and is very well located,The drinks and treats in the fridge were a nice touch.. George and his mother are lovely people, and George was a pleasure to deal with and easy to communicate with before and during our stay.and also organised our transfer to and from the Airport which was very much appreciated. George resolved a couple of issues promptly, which we only small ones ...Thank you for a great stay and great hospitality.... Fab fab will come back...
