Delightful

Pros: The outside space is second to none! The large pool area, the seating areas and the shade, something for everyone. Lovely quiet, peaceful location. The information sent before check in was excellent and very helpful. No complaints about cleanliness. Was stocked with everything you need for your stay. Pool man came twice in 11 night stay. Very thoughtful welcome pack. Would have no hesitation in staying here again, or in recommending to others.

Cons: As other reviews have mentioned it could do with some updating inside, and water pressure wasn’t great (but was adequate.) However, none of that detracted from a lovely stay, and as mentioned, this villa is all about the lovely outside space that is far more important when enjoying the beautiful Cyprus sunshine!

Pros: The villa is nice in a great location if you want peace and quiet. Great pool nice, Well kept garden lots of cats. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The fridge had milk cheese, ham and bread ready when we arrived. Lidl is about 30mins walk but there is a local supermarket 10mins away which was more expensive. The bus stop is at the bottom of the road and will take you to the strip or ayia napa comes every 20mins and was only 2€. The Beach about 10 mins walk away. Plenty of room for 5 adults.

Cons: The kitchen and floors was bit unclean. The white sofas are stained.

closed area to escape with family and childrens and enjoy the peace

Pros: 1. everything was informative, easy key collection, clear information on how to get to the villa, all questions were answered 2. closed area, quiet place 3. great pool, especially for families with small children 4. location (not far from the main street of Protaras)

Cons: 1. uncomfortable bed mattresses and pillows 2. weak outdoor chairs, we were afraid to sit on them 3. dirty outdoor and living room fabric sofas 4. weak internet on the second floor 5. from the photos it seems that you can see the sea, but the view is only of the bushes (you can only see it from the corner of the balcony on the second floor)

Very enjoyable stay & we would all return another time.

Pros: Lovely big villa with a beautiful pool & ample outside area. The villa is at the end of a small cull de sac & is not overlooked at all. Generally the villa was comfortable & ample big enough for 6 adults. Both showers were good & were large enough for well developed adults. The Managing Agents were also very helpful (La Mer Homes) as upon contact on our first day, arranged for the immediate replacement of some light bulbs that had blown & also the delivery of 2 further new sunbeds as only 4 were in situate when we arrived & 6 were required. Very good helpful service.

Cons: No on-suite for the main double room More electrical sockets in downstairs bedroom would be useful No storage or shelving in bathroom for toiletries

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Pros: Wunderschönes Haus. Ganz tolle Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. So stellt man sich einen tollen Urlaub vor!

Lekkere plek voor vakantie

Pros: Een fijne plek om vakantie te vieren met alle ruimte en confort. Lekker luieren aan het eigen zwembad was heerlijk. Het huis ligt op een rustige plek, maar ook ben je binnen enkele minuten bij bv de supermarkt.

Cons: Veel katten, en wat achterstallig onderhoud in en om de woning. Tevens was er geen info map beschikbaar.
