Sharon was great and I did suggest a couple of things I would do to improve the property so hopefully that is taken into

Pros: Lovely location, very quiet and reasonably private although at the time there were no neighbours. Dog friendly and very close to the sea which was ideal to take the dog.

Cons: Pigeon issue making a mess but nothing a brush couldn’t solve.

Briliant relaxing corner of heaven.

Pros: Property is in a perfect locations to combine both worlds, it is in a very quiet area but very close to Ayia Napa vibrant night life.

Cons: It is not related to the property but if you come back after night fall it is quite dark on the street as there is no street lighting.

Pros: Lovely, clean property exactly like the photos. Sharon the property manager was incredibly helpful and welcoming

Lovely, clean family villa close to Ayia Napa

Pros: Facilities, location, beds were perfect. Highlights included the pool which was immaculate and very warm, and the gas bbq which was very handy as the village doesn’t have great restaurants nearby. Cleanliness was above standard for a holiday let, also the kitchen had everything we could possibly use. The host was very kind and we even found a gift basket with some local goodies.

Cons: The door sills need to be soundproofed, and the door handles need some lubrication. They were extremely loud from bare the wood hitting wood and would bang whenever we had the windows being open. It’s such a simple thing but for anybody who is a light sleeper, it’s important. Also, the electricity timers for the air con were a pain to deal with even though we hardly used ac. There is also an extra deposit to be paid, which we got back no problem, but it is something to keep in mind

Villa Niki

Pros: We liked everything very much, a wonderful spacious villa with a sea view, a gorgeous pool, a large barbecue area, new air conditioners, 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, the owner of the villa is a wonderful responsive woman ready to help at any time, there is parking and a place for children to play, there is a good restaurant and an inexpensive supermarket nearby. The location of the villa is ideal, 1.5 km to the water park and 5 km to Ayia Napa. The neighbors are quiet, the place is prestigious.

Pros: Great location. Clean and the villa was a good size for our family.

Preis-/Leistung passt. Schöner Außenbereich.

Pros: Lage in einem Viertel außerhalb der Stadt, kein Meerblick, aber Strand in 200 Meter Entfernung (mit sehr kleiner Bucht, aber oft menschenleer). Pool fast immer in der Sonne (gut im Oktober), viele Sitzmöglichkeiten an verschiedenen Stellen auf dem Gelände; Gasgrill. Auto ist aber von Vorteil. Kleiner Supermarkt mit Restaurant um die Ecke, Restaurant eher mäßig, vor allem wegen unfreundlicher Bedienung und schlichtem Essen.

Cons: Wohnzimmer lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein, altes Sofa, sonst nichts. Der offene Küchenbereich auch nicht toll. Aber man sitzt ja draußen. Einen Tag hatten wir sehr nervige Nachbarn, wäre auf Dauer zum Problem geworden.

Pros: Jesteśmy wszyscy bardzo zadowoleni. Willa bardzo dobrze wyposażona, niczego nie brakowało. Basen duży i czysty na zewnątrz prysznic bardzo przydatny przy dzieciach. Do plaży dwie minutki spacerkiem. Bardzo udany urlop na pewno tam wrócimy ☺️

Pros: Świetne miejsce wypadowe. Spokojna okolica, morze 2 minuty drogi pieszo, blisko supermarket. W willi spory basen. To czego oczekiwałem! :)

Pros: הבית גדול,מרווח. בריכה מקסימה! המיקום היה מעולה,קרוב לחופים מהממים. סופר צמוד לבית וחוף דקה הליכה. המארחת היתה מדהימה!סופר

Cons: בעיקר האינטרנט בקומה עליונה חלש מאוד.
