Pros: Good pool. Close to supermarket, bar and restaurant. Well equipped. Good beach bar nearby. On outskirts of Ayia Napa. Responsive owner.

Cons: Dangerous tiles around the pool. Noisy neighbours one night.

Pros: Had everything you needed, there’s a shop/supermarket and cafe/restaurant a minutes walk away which was fab,

Cons: We had a problem with the shower but we rang and it was sorted straightaway and there was a lot of ants around the pool area which we might of sorted

Pros: Quiet place for a family stay. Agia Thekla beach few km away (driving). Everything was ok in general.

Cons: Kitchen could be more equipped with bowls, frying pan lid, other small tools. Usually where we used to stay there were something left from the previous guests - some spices, some tea, coffee or other things, which are useful for a start of your stay. Here everything was neat and empty. Seems that everything is taken away after each stay and only a starter pack is left - two psc of toilet paper, 1 extra trash bag... so when you stay in a house you have to buy your own trash bags, toilet paper, etc... of course it's only few euros and not a problem, but I think it should come with a house... Tv is not showing anything local. You need to use your netflix or youtube account to watch something.

Great for young families or those with neuro-divergent kids

Pros: The location is quiet, perfect for young families. There is a well stocked shop a 2 minute walk away, next door to which is a nice quiet restaurant (great for takeaways too) and 3 more minutes walk gets you to a lovely, quiet beach. My daughter is autistic and this location ticks all the boxes for her

Cons: The locks on the two doors stick and the downstairs loo needs 2 flushes

Pros: Villa was nice and clean, with all you need for self-catering. I knew the property was situated in a quiet area but there is a restaurant and a supermarket just on 2 mins walk.

Cons: Beds are good size, but the mattress it was too firm for us.

Great, basic, quiet villa

Pros: I stayed at villa 2 and loved it! I have stayed at villa 4 before which was also good. My daughter has autism so we need quiet, consistent and safe and this villa meets all 3. The pool is hardly over-looked so good privacy. It has a shallow and deep end which isn't slways the case in Cyprus. The villa itself is basic but very functional, with everything you need, including beach towels! I had a few questions during our stay and, using the Booking,com messaging, usually had an answer in minutes. Would highly recommend for families that want a quiet place to stay.

Cons: The air con unit in the smaller bedroom works but is a little noisy. The driveway is narrow and awkwsrd to navigate. If you want to use the driveway, reverse up it and hire a small car (we had a VW Polo and it only just fit!). Otherwise, you can park on the road and walk up the drive. Bear in mind there is a house that shares the driveway

Pros: Best location, quiet and peaceful. The villa was very comfortable and clean. Big and clean swimming pool. Close to agia Napa. The host gorge is very nice and helpful 👍

Pros: Das Haus an sich war toll,die Matratze der Betten hätten besser sein können. Sehr charmantes Haus und hat auch einen Supermarkt gleich 2 Minuten entfernt.

Cons: War schon weit entfernt vom Zentrum und von den schönen Stränden ,aber wenn man ein Auto hat ,dann ist diese Unterkunft zum empfehlen.

Nice and comfy villa

Pros: The villa was very clean and comfortable. It has all the basics you might need on holiday and then some. The beds were comfy. Quite spacious, I'd say more than enough for family, although there were just two of us, so for us it was bigger than we could possibly need. It's situated in a nice and quiet area of Ayia Thekla, so you can have your peace and rest without the noise, but is still quite near the beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa and the town itself, if you use a car or public transport. Plus, the host was nice, accommodating and easy to communicate. We had a lovely time and would recommend it.
