Amazing villa with great amenities and great location.

Pros: Plenty of space for 10 people. It’s clean, tidy and loads of kitchen utensils. Blackout curtains in the bed room. The owners were very quick to respond and helpful with all our queries. Easy enough to get a taxi into Ayia Napa.

Cons: Nothing. Everything met our expectations and more!

Pros: It is in a great location, very nice property well equipped. Our host was accommodating via WhatsApp, we didn't meet her. The property inside the house was clean.

Cons: The aircon in the master bedroom needs maintenance, it didn't work properly. When we arrived the outside wasn't cleaned, but once we complained our host sent out a team to clean the next day. We reported that the freezer was not working properly. Maintenance came out, but didn't actually fix anything.
