A fantastic stay in a fantastic property with a fantastic host.

Pros: Spacious, clean, very well presented and well equipped throughout.

Cons: It was excellent

I highly recommend and will definitely book from Darius if we come back to Limassol !

Pros: Everything. Darius was proactive, professional and kind. Easy to communicate and helpful if needed. The house is big we were 5 adultes and a baby, all equipments made our holidays very stressless. We highly appreciate the quality of the house, large rooms, 2 bathrooms, equipment for baby. Towel for the swimming pool, enough regular towels…the large swimming pool, large common area. Very clean as well.

Pros: Villa is spacious and comfortable and very clean, pool was excellent - especially for young kids as it has a shallow end and a deep end. The garden also got a great mix of sunshine and shade during the day so perfect for kids as well as sun-worshippers. The host was very responsive, even coming round for some minor maintenance issues on our first day. Some lovely beaches and restaurants within walking distance but you'll need a car to reach the city centre.

Cons: Kitchen needs a wider range of utensils and someone needs to check that they're clean in between visitors. Information pack needed for visitors to explain how to use air con and hot water and inform guests that sprinklers will come on in the evening and pool maintenance man will come during the day, also to suggest local restaurants/attractions/taxis etc.

Pros: It was spotless and exactly as the pictures portrayed. In a previous review someone complained about the trees overshadowing the garden, but in truth all you have to do is just move slightly and you will be in the sun all day. In finishing Darius the owner was a star, nothing was too much trouble. He truly went over and above. To even taking us to a supermarket and waiting while we got the essentials to start us off which he refused payment for !!!!

Pros: very good villa to rest and even to work. Very well equipped, all household appliances are available and in perfect condition. The tenant is always courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful villa at which we thoroughly enjoyed staying & to which we would be delighted to return.

Pros: The villa itself was lovely. Very spacious , light & airy with excellent air-conditioning. The bed was comfortable, plenty of bedding & clean towels. Great pool. Adequate crockery, glasses & utensils in the kitchen. Darius was always available on text & helped us when we needed him. He kindly gave us a lift downtown to collect our hire car.

Cons: We have NEVER rented a villa ( & we have rented several ) that did not have an information pack for visitors until we got to Patatas ! No info on using TV, oven or dishwasher ( which didn't wash properly ) no suggestions for cafes or restaurants or details of the nearest supermarkets, pharmacies , hospital etc. There was no advice on what to do with rubbish. Also a better '' welcome pack '' would have been nice, bottle of water, milk perhaps bread instead of a few sachets. No books or DVDs

Pros: Понравилось всё: вилла, бассейн, близость к морю и магазинам. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортной жизни в отпуске. Понравилось общение с хозяином виллы. Заблаговременно он связался с нами, предложил встретить в аэропорту и познакомил с условиями заселения и выезда. Пожалуй, это была наша лучшая поездка на Кипр. С удовольствием рекомендую эту вилу , если вы планируете поездку в Лимассол , Кипр
