Pros: I liked the authentic Cyprus cat experience that you rent a house with 3 cats that just wait for you to open the door of their house to get back to their usual spots 😍 they a re cute but be sure to bring them some food!

Great location and property for a family holiday with private transport

Pros: The location is closer to the quiet aiya nappa town and quiet beaches. We had a rent a car otherwise getting to this property and travelling around would be not easy I assume with public transport and taxis.

Cons: There are not many shops or restaurants close by and needed fair bit of drive for basics but I think that is also the positive for someone.

Pros: Great house for a vacation. Very close to the sea. Costas was always around and ready to help. Car rental is recommended so you can visit many places around.We would be back for sure

Pros: Very communicative host, he was there to greet us and also to show us the villa and explain how everything worked. The area in which the villa was located was very quiet and peaceful.

Pros: It is a lovely place to stay and would/will stay here again! Costas and co. were very welcoming. We arrived a little earlier than expected and the guys were still cleaning because the previous lodgers left late. But they managed to get it all done by our arrival time. We had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute. Thanks guys. Just one last thing it's about a 10 minute drive to Ayia Nappa and about 30 mins from Larnaca airport.

Cons: The fact we had to leave! And the internet is weak in the room with the double bed. But we should have mentioned it as I am sure Costas would have sorted it as he is very obliging. But doesn't suffer fools gladly. So if you treat his property with respect you get the same back.

I would like to come back here again.

Pros: Excellent location, Quiet and close to the sea. Nice walks along the sea front in either direction.

Pros: Comfortable bed, good space in the kitchen, living room. Great balcony to get the nice morning sun. The staff was amazing, they were very kind.

Cons: As a suggestion, the head of the shower could be bigger for a more comfortable shower.

Pros: Spacious and cosy house in a quiet place with garden where you can park your car, have a breakfast etc. Bonus was lemon tree at the backyard :-)

Cons: The sea directly at the house has not an ordinary beach- you need to go few hundred meters away- but it is not a big issue considering there is a nice walk route

overall our stay was exceptional, definitely be back soon

Pros: we loved the property, very well equipped and comfortable
