Pros: The property was larger than expected. Very well equipped. Located in the peaceful part of the town, about 10 minutes drive from Nissi Avenue. There is a beach, shop, and a restaurant in walking distance. Everything else is 5-10 minutes drive away. Running and cycling tracks taking you to the shore. Absolutely loved it and would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay 2 min from the beach!!!
Pros: The place is super clean and very comfortable for a family / group of friends. It is in a good location, two minutes walk from an empty beach. Fully equipped for cooking and dining. We had such a good time!!!

Wonderful home a lot of space
Pros: I like mostly the quiet area, the church, which was the front of the house. The owner, Mr. Costas was very kind and helped us every time. The house was very clean, and there were all you needed for a comfortable staying. Also, there are balcons with sea views, and big veranda with garden

Pros: Very confortable villa, with a lot of external space to relax as well as balcony, nice sea view, comfortable beds, close to the beaches and shops restaurants in nearby villages. Fully recommend this place for longer stay - we regret we only stayed 5 days, we will have great mémoires

Pros: We were guests of the villa in December 2023. Overall we can say that we are satisfied with our stay there. THE HOSTS are kind and well-mannered people, they welcomed us warmly and at the appointed time and hour. On leaving, they made a gesture to us and let us use the villa for a few extra hours, for which we thank them very much. The LOCATION is great, in a quiet and cozy place, very close to the coast. The cottage is comfortable for 6 people, although 1 more bathroom would have been helpful – there is 1 bathroom and 1 toilet only.
Cons: And speaking of the bathroom, we want to warn the future guests that the water pressure is very low and for that they will have to use the installed pump, which is EXTREMELY NOISY. There's no way someone could take a shower or use the toilet without bringing the whole house to its feet. The KITCHEN needs renovation and updating of the available cookware and cutlery. Utensils are scarce and there is a lack of essential, but at the same time very basic things, such as a salad bowl, for example. We were VERY UNPLEASANTLY SURPRISED by the news that we have to pay for the consumed electricity above a daily limit of 5 kW/h. This information should be available in advance on the villa’s page on booking.com prior to booking so that customers can be informed in advance and take an informed decision. We understand and support the idea of a green business, but that's not how it's done. And in this regard, we do not understand why, since we are supposed to be that much green, there was no provision for separate waste collection. We hope the property managers will look at our comments as a positive criticism.

Perfect!
Pros: Stayed at Sunset Sea View Villa with my family and friends for 8 nights and we had a good time. The villa was spacious and clean, with a nice terrace and a balcony overlooking the sea. We enjoyed the sunsets and the night skies from there. The villa had everything we needed. The location was good, close to the sea and a short drive from Ayia Napa. The host was very friendly and very responsive. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this villa to other travellers who are looking for a quiet and relaxing place by the sea! This is a place you want to return!
