Calm and relaxing

Pros: I liked the sauna/spa area, it nice and comfortable to relax, also the massage was very nicely done by Susnan. I enjoyed the deep green colour in my hotel room and in general, the interior itself.

Cons: I did not like that i needed to go back from the pool to spa area through the restaurant with my bathrobe and slippers. And also I recommend to cut cut the branches of the tree above the pool bevause you can hit the head very easily with them faling. That happened near me while i did swimming

Pros: Food was amazing, hotel service and team very friendly.

Cons: Kids room isn’t really for kids. It would be nice if you put less slot machines and more kids tables where they can draw, play Lego or simple toys (cars, dolls)

Wonderful, relaxing experience!

Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room hotels were beautiful! The food was also fantasic!

Pros: The Hotel has renewed premises and very polite stuff. We visited the spa with again very friendly masseus who proposed a way to do the massage for my pregnant wife even though the hotel was overcrowded at the time.

Cons: We tried both the buffet and the restaurant and the quality of food as well as variety could have been improved. Regarding parking please make sure to arrive early or not during high season as the number of spots is limited and due to the hotel location finding a place in the small village will be troubling

A relaxing and elegant stay in a beautiful resort with exceptional service.

Pros: The resort has a beautiful and calming atmosphere, with a very elegant design and attention to detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, making us feel truly cared for. The overall ambiance was peaceful and perfect for relaxation.

Cons: There was nothing significant to dislike. Everything met our expectations, and the experience was very pleasant overall.

Solid hotel close to Troodos with relaxing spa/gym. Great place to splurge when not on a budget!

Pros: Things that stood out: - Friendly and courteous staff all around. Honorable mention to the front desk and the lady at the spa who went above and beyond. - Everything is fresh and newly renovated. - Well equipped gym with a great view. Anyone can find something to do here. - Ice bath with two different type of Saunas was very satisfying.

Cons: Since we only stayed for one night there isn't much to say here, except we found a considerably amount of cigarette butts on the balcony. Overlooking something like this on a room at this price point is interesting, but has been mentioned and hopefully addressed by time of writing. Parking space around the area seems limited, very curious to see how this hotel handles high season. Additionally: Fresh squeezed juice at a breakfast buffet implies squeezed and prepared by staff. The juice there isn't freshly squeezed. If it is, I'd seriously consider switching providers.

Excellent stay

Pros: Hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. Great breakfast, kind staff and excellent location.

Pros: A very cozy place the best hotel i guess located on Cyprus mountains. Very nice interior design, warm rooms and good facilities. Very nice restaurant and good breakfast. Also tried the arcade room and it was fun, it reminded us of our childhood.

Cons: Though parking in platres in general is a big issue, the hotel does not provide enough parking space (8 spaces inside parking but each space is so small that only 4-5 cars can fit in total. There is no designated area outside for parking also. Keeping in mind that on the mountains weather is frequently bad as a 5 star hotel it should provide some more parking spaces to its residents.
