Pros: Conveniently situated, 10 mins level walk from the beach. Room had everything I needed, was beautifully clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Pros: The place is really nice, close to the city center and the beach. George was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. Highly recommended overall.

Cons: The shower water pressure was very weak so we had to manage with that.

Pros: I wondered where the taxi was taking me when, in the dark, it turned into a in a little run down side street. Then I got inside Magdalene’s and it was wonderful. Room was beautifully clean, en-suite shower and small kitchenette with kettle and fridge and aircon. There was a separate kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, toaster and egg cooker. Drying rack for each room in the inner courtyard. Only reason I gave a 9, not 10, was because there was no cutlery in the room or the kitchen. So nothing to lift my teabag out of the cup! The next morning I discovered Magdelene’s is perfectly situated for shopping, eating and a 10 min walk from the beach. I liked it so much I have booked a further 5 day stay.

Cons: No cutlery.
