Lovely hotel and lots of options for types of rooms

Pros: The water slides were pretty cool for the small kids Reception helps with any question or need. The hotel provided us with some sandwiches when our flight back was in the middle of the night

Cons: the food in the hotel is AVG. Nothing is missing but, the taste can be improved The water in the water slides area is too cold... The children's club activities should be improved..

Pros: First of all, we would like to thank Dear Marija and the hotel team. They prepared a surprise for our daughter's 5th birthday. Moreover, our family was very surprised by the room. We booked a room with an inland view. However, after we arrived and pulled back the curtains, we discovered a large terrace with a view of the sea and pool. P.S. We arrived earlier and we were allowed to check in. The staff cleaning the rooms, working in the restaurant and at the pools were very pleasant. The hotel was perfect, near the noisy cities Ayia Napa and Protaras, and we always had the possibility to come back to the calm place.

Pros: The smart light and notification system that is installed into the room was very impressive.

Cons: Sound proof is poor so we could hear the noises coming from the corridor.

Great for families

Pros: the rooms were big and spacious The swim up pool was great although too cold Breakfast was great Great and not crowded beach is very close

Cons: We had ants in the room and although we mentioned this to the staff several times - we didn't get any serious attention from the hotel's managers Food pricing in the hotel restarants is very high (Dinner/Lunch)

Cons: You can’t find easy sunbeds in the morning

Pros: The hotel has its own parking place, great staff and very good room service! Whatever we asked for they did it, without us asking twice... Very friendly and professional!

Cons: Finding a sunbed free when the hotel is full is quite a challenge, the residence all weak up from 7 O clock and hang their towel reserving the beds so by 11:00 if you haven't reserved your sunbed you will have to wait until someone leaves or sit on the places by the corners... Buffet area is quite small and crowded, could help if the area is widened a little bit...
