Protaras Plaza Hotel

FOCUS ON SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS IN PROTARAS

Pros: Extremely comfortable stay off season in Protaras. Large room, fantastic bathroom and big bed, well furnished and very clean. Everything looked in great state and the location enabled several excursions around this bay. Breakfast was also sizeable, and fresh. Kudos to all the staff for making us feel well looked after, especially to Prabhat, in Front Desk, for going way beyond his duties to try and find us a dining option outside the hotel (we did not feel like pizza or pasta in Cyprus, and most restaurants in the area were closed). His recommendation for a Lebanese restaurant in Ayia Napa was really excellent. Although the hotel was quiet, the staff provided top service. Bravo!

Pros: Great location. Beach just arround the corner. Indoor swimming pool and bus stop in front of the hotel. If you are booking in season the rooms facing the street will be verry noisy. Staff is super nice and helpful.

Cons: I have no dislikes. Everything was great

Perfect Christmas break in a good location

Pros: The location is perfect. It is at the end of the main strip. Convenient walking distance to shops and a 2 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay. Breakfast gave a good choice of cereals, porridge, toast, cooked items, pastries, cold plates and fruit. Andreea was great at breakfast service. Evening meal got better as the days went on especially when it was buffet. The rooms are a good size, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Towels changed daily and bedding every few days. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stop is just outside. In summer, you wouldn't need a hire car.

Cons: Dessert for the evening meal was repetitive for the first few days and was just apples. After that dessert was a little unimaginative. Although quiet during our winter stay, it will be noisy in summer if you have a road facing room.

Very pleasant hotel, staff are a credit, I would recommend staying, and I would stay again.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and professional, requests were dealt with quickly without fuss. The hotel was clean and location was good, a little far down the strip but within walking distance of town.

Cons: Breakfast on the first day was initially served cold but was quickly resolved by staff and apologies given. Some facilities were closed, but given it was out of season and they were being end of season serviced, was acceptable.

Pros: Central location Very clean Kind staff I was in a double room and it was perfect

Wonderful Fig Tree beach hotel

Pros: Wonderful hotel just on the beach. Room was amazing, big and beautiful interior design, sea view, with the excellent cleaning service. Breakfast was really nice, with a plenty of options. Staff was professional and did their job very well. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay

Pros: Excellent location! 3 mins walk to Fig tree bay beach and a short walk to Vryssi beach, nice costal walks, 10 mins walk to Lidl, bus stop in front of the hotel, restaurants right by the hotel. The property is clean and the staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was repetitive but nice. Soundproofing was excellent- I couldn’t hear the neighbours at all! WiFi was mostly good.

Cons: Coffee at breakfast. Music was very loud coming from outside one night. It must be noisy here in summer as there is also an amusement park just outside the hotel.

Pros: All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The location is superb and the food could not be faulted.

Pros: I had a sea view room which I really enjoyed. The location is good, close to the beach. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was really kind. You can take a pool towel at the reception, which is convenient if you're traveling light.

Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable, too soft (which someone else wouldn't mind)

Pros: Everything was perfect! The location is ideal, and the staff were super nice, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend it to everyone!
