Odysseia Hotel Kapetanios

Pros: Our room was just as expected and the hotel in general was really clean and well maintained. A good location & staff were very helpful.

Cons: One of the outdoor pools was advertised as heated however during our stay, it wasn’t heated and was too cold to swim comfortably with a young child.

Pros: Excellent location, great breakfasts, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The beds were too soft and uncomfortable

Enjoyable and calm

Pros: I really liked receptionist Sandra. She very kindly explained tome about facilities and Health Club and made my stay much more memorable. I enjoyed the sweet menu for breakfast (especially the banana pie, its amazing!!) Also, the view from my room was just amazing🌹

Cons: I did not like that the piano canot be played or used as for concerts yet and my mini bar was not filled with food, and in my room i did not have warm water

Pros: Friendly efficient staff. Great breakfast. Bed had a nice firm mattress. Beautiful well-kept lobby and general cleanliness of rooms and floors even on rainy days. Overall great value for money in off-season.

Cons: Sauna was not functional and exercise center was only open till 19:00. Older worn-out furniture in rooms and virtually no soundproofing. I heard everything in the corridor. Not hotel's fault, but road leading to hotel flooded a bit, with parking on pavement causing me to have to wade through the streets.

Pros: close to the center and the seafront, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, very clean

Cons: The breakfast was delicious, but my children with allergies had a limited selection. I would like to see more food choices specifically for children.

Great option to spend your holidays, all year long. We'll definetly go back.

Pros: The location is just perfect. The food (both breakfast and other meals) is great. The staff is always polite, kind, and helpful. The room is nice and has all the necessary amenities (and more). The bed and pillows are sooo comfortable. The decoration was super festive.

Cons: The parking spaces were not enough, but still the valet, did his best to help and accommodate us.

Stressful

Pros: We up graded to the deluxe room which were very comfortable and clean and the view was nice from our room

Cons: We were there for the New Year’s eve, once the evening was over for us and I signed our drinks bill which they forgot to add a €4 coke which I never noticed they then at 1-30am in the morning decided to wake our friends that traveled with us to say they had to come down to reception right away to pay this they were sleeping at this point and said could they not pay it in the morning but they were adamant it had to be paid now which I think was rather ridiculous as I was paying the bill in the morning they should never of done this for just €4 it spoiled our stay we were not going anywhere

Pros: Excellent location and renovated rooms since our last stay at this hotel. Technician immediately came to our room to replace a kettle for our coffee and to repair the shelf. Very professional staff and polite. Also as we went during new year eve they welcomed us with a glass of champagne and sweets at the reception.

Cons: Some music in the lobby would be nice 😊

Pros: I like everything about the place and also the people are so friendly and the rooms are nice and clean and food are so fantastic 🤩 I love everything

Enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel

Pros: The breakfast was extensive. The room had been renovated and was clean. Any issues with the room were promptly dealt with. We appreciated the separate pool for children and the little playground.
