Pros: The hotel deck clerk Natasha was perfect and attentive to the details. Very clean room, very hot water (it’s important) and comfortable location from the restaurants. Thank you very much

Pros: Location good , parking was plentiful , staff great and welcoming rooms were cleaned when asked to a high standard .

Cons: would have been nice to of had a toaster in the apartment , perhaps a washing machine that customers could use at cost of course. Electrics need looking at brown tape on mine.

It was a nice stay.

Pros: The property is very clean and reception is very helpful. Clean towels, bathroom,fresh bedding etc. everything was good. The hotel itself is nice from outside and looks more modern, inside it is a little bit backdated but up to good standard. Those who travel to Cyprus knows the locations is very good. 15min for Finikoudes. A lot of shops around the hotel-mini markets, restaurants, 3 min walk from bus stop etc.

Cons: I would recommend adding at least one pot and pan for cooking to the rooms that has kitchen. The equipment in the kitchen isn’t a lot of things but for 3-4 days stays is OK I guess.

Nice stay for a tight budget

Pros: Very clean, daily cleaning and changed towels, the terrace was very big and the kitchenette was nice to have (although we didn't use it 😁). The bed was big and comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Cons: The location is a bit far from the beach and the bars / shopping area. The bus station is close but the schedule is a bit off. I don't know why the routes are not on google maps but this is no fault of the hotel 😁

Quiet place between flights

Pros: Very clean and simple place, 150m from bus station to the airport, good Chinese restaurant right on the corner,

Pros: I was alone and the staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome and safe.

Great Stay Near the City Centre and the Beach

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk to both the city centre and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all the essentials. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Great value for the location—I’d definitely stay here again!

Even better, it’s only about 15 minutes on foot to one of the best beaches in Larnaka – a perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, or just relaxing by the sea. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for the price. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to offer local tips or help with anything I needed. If you’re looking for an affordable, well-located place to stay in Larnaka that gives you easy access to both the city and the beach, this is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget without wanting to compromise on comfort or convenience!
