Pros: The perfect vaction in the country with all the facilities of an hotel.

Pros: This hotel is wonderful in every way. This is not my first time choosing it. I've already booked it for my husband's birthday in April. I'd especially like to mention the spa area. All the girls are professionals. And I'd also like to thank Illiana, who works at reception. She's polite and courteous. May everyone's dreams come true!

A nice place in the mountains to unwind for a few days.

Pros: Rich selection at the breakfast buffet. The staff were handling any inquires with professionalism. Over all the staff at the reception, spa, restaurants and even the golf cart driver were really nice and welcoming. Room was pretty warm and cozy for a studio and a mini bar with free amenities.

Cons: The stairs from the rooms down to the rest of the facilities were a bit too steep and didn't have sufficient anti slippery preventions or even enough light at night-time. Some of the doors at the spa and the changing rooms were missing their handles. The heated tower hanger in the bathroom had rust in a few spots.

A good place to stay! Would love to come back.

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful and pleasant. I liked the holiday dinners (for Christmas and new year) The spa is the best.

Cons: The food variety for breakfast was poor. Also it wasn’t really tasty. Ants were everywhere in the room.

Pros: Staying here truly felt like stepping into a medieval village — in the best possible way. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning and immersive, with so much attention to detail that it feels both magical and authentic. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the overall comfort exceeded expectations. Everything is thoughtfully designed to make you feel relaxed and at home, while still preserving that unique historical charm. A special thank you for the incredible atmosphere, the fireplace, and the cozy evenings it creates — it’s a rare and unforgettable touch. We also truly appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel is; being able to stay with our pet made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. The only small suggestion would be to offer a more diverse in-room dining menu.

Pros: Amazing Christmas activities and beautiful village.

Cons: The spa should be included in the stay.

Pros: Staff were very polite. Hotel and Spa were great, the village amazing. The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and abundant. The restaurants that we booked through the hotel and part of the group were superb

Cons: The room and bathroom were not totally clean. The joined single beds had not been moved in a very long time. The amount of dust and debris was disturbing and the bathroom extract had not been cleaned in several months too. My other complaint at the time of booking the spa as part of the superior room booking, it was not explained that we would have to book separate booking for spa treatments. Even on our first night and phoning the female spa receptionist this was also not explained and basically was told to just ask when we had the free spa appointment. This was not the case when we arrived at our appointment

Pros: We stayed at Casale Panayiotis and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the village and is spread across its streets, making you feel like a true part of the village itself rather than a typical hotel guest. Everything was very clean and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and excellent taste. The spa is amazing — not crowded, very clean, peaceful, and truly pampering. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ walk from the ancient monastery, close to the natural springs, and near the famous Lovers’ Bridge. The surroundings invite you to explore the village on foot and enjoy its unique atmosphere. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent, and the hotel staff were exceptional — attentive, caring, and truly dedicated to making our stay comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Casale Panayiotis and are already planning to return.

This is our third time staying at this hotel & it doesn’t disappoint.

Pros: Location is fabulous, staff are so welcoming & very helpful. Rooms are very clean & tastefully finished.

Cons: We went on a Sunday & everything was shut by 1030pm. Know where to get a nightcap, reception couldn’t help either. Great that there are free drinks provided for the room. However both soft drinks offered were full sugar. Also would have been nice to have small bottles of wine from the winery not just beer.

Pros: The spa facilities were excellent, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed everything!

Cons: In the spa area, some small groups were not following the quiet zone rule, which disrupted our time there. It would be great if a staff member could occasionally walk through the spa to ensure that guests are respecting the quiet policy and to check if any refills (such as the salt bowl) are needed.
