A very pleasant and hospitable hotel

Pros: The hotel offers a very balanced and friendly atmosphere, breakfast is nice and rich, management and staff take good care of guests. An added value is the covered and protected car parking. All in all a very hospitable hotel.

Pros: This is a rare GEM ! The only comment Ihad for the hotel manager is that the rates are TOO CHEAP - and he should raise his prices (not for us - cause we'll be back !) The hotel raises to it's name - \

Pros: We stayed at the hotel for two nights at the end of 2025 and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel made a very good impression: - the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming; - the room was spacious and clean, and it was comfortably warm despite the winter weather; - the location is very good — close to the center of Kakopetria village. This makes it easy to walk around the village, while at the same time being a convenient base for visiting all the interesting places in the Troodos mountains.

Cons: Here are some downsides from our point of view: - the furniture in the room is not very comfortable: the bedside tables were very heavy ceramic blocks, difficult to move and not very conveniently placed; - another somewhat questionable design choice was having the bathtub and washbasin located directly in the main room, which may definitely not suit everyone. It was good, however, that there was also a separate, private shower; - In our opinion, the breakfasts could offer a greater variety of hot main dishes, which is especially noticeable because the dinners were truly excellent.

Magical place

Pros: The most beautiful new family boutique hotel in Kakopatria in the Troodos Mountains. Amazing staff and everything is simply wonderful. We got a luxurious suite. Excellent location close to the restaurants that Andreas and his son recommended to us. Worth coming especially to Kakopatria and from there to the other villages. High-quality breakfast.
