Fedrania Gardens Hotel

Overall our stay was comfortable, fun and we are definitely coming back.

Pros: The room we were allocated was comfortable, clean and up to date lovely and modern. The balcony was very spacious. The pool area our room overlooked was one of the best pool areas to chill in the day I’ve been to in Ayia Napa.

Cons: You only get given one key card. It becomes awkward as a group.

Amazing value for money

Pros: Very good location. Quiet place, close to urban and intercity bus stops, restaurants, minimarkets, etc. Walking distance from several nice, sandy beaches. The room looked renovated. It was quite big and comfortable and had a nice balcony with view to the swimming pool. The hotel has two main swimming pools both of them are great.

Cons: Cleaning should be improved. We were planning to stay there 5 nights and we extended our stay in the same room for an extra night. In these 6 days, the cleaning lady never changed the towels and the bedsheets. I occasionally spotted empty plastic cups in the long swimming pool.

Pros: The room was great, only the bathroom was not very clean. The beach was near the hotel and the location is great.

Pros: Very good location. The swim up family room it's very convenient for kids,clean,tidy,big rooms.

Cons: Some of the stuff in the hotel needs to develop better costumers approaching skills.

Cons: We were in the room for 1 week. Towels were changed only once, and that too after several of our requests. The floor was never cleaned.

Lovely quiet area with good access/walking distance to strip and beaches

Pros: Loved the private pool, not many people used the communal pools or areas. Was lucky to book the private pool and have that facility. Room was a nice size with a fridge and hair dryer. Good mirrors and bed size

Cons: The shower didn’t have a stand for the head, had to hand held which did become annoying but good pressure still

Brilliant stay. I’ve stayed here twice now and will be rebooking soon.

Pros: The property is nice and peaceful. It has a lovely little shop and area for drinks/food.

Pros: A great value for money location with clean rooms and amazing pool. In a quite area very close to the Nissi Avenue which you can find different shops, restaurants and pubs.
