Pros: The big, bright comfortable room and the excellent lunch dinner and breakfast buffet

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and kind staff, great location

Pros: Big, luxurious hotel with very good facilities. Kind and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner with a lot of options, everything fresh and good quality. Rooms quite spacious, bed comfortable, good pillows. Big bathroom in the apartment, spacious shower, good quality cosmetics provided. Rooms very well soundproofed. Spa facilities located downstairs, relax area, dry and wet sauna, massages by appointment available as well as cosmetics to buy in the offer.

Cons: As for five stars hotel there were some issues with cleanliness. Namely speaking with the floor in the apartment, floor in the spa area as well as or rather especially! floor in the spas private sauna and shower area.

Lovely stay but felt we were rushed to checkout. Our door was being knocked just after 10.30am

Pros: It was lovely. Staff were nice and helpful and food was good

Cons: Checking and out times are not so good. 3pm check-in and 11am checkout. I think it should be like all the others in Cyprus 2pm check-in and 12pm checkout

A wonderful stay

Pros: We had a wonderful view of the sea! The hotel's territory is not very big but it is beautiful and well arranged The dinner food was very tasty, large selection. Comfortable beds We were there off-season, even though the hotel was full, it was quiet, it didn't seem crowded The heated pool is wonderful. On the first evening we received a bottle of wine and fruits in the room, it was very nice

Cons: Mold in the bathroom, the mold smell reached the room. And it was too cold outside to open the balcony door to air it out. This was unpleasant and I really didn't expect something like this at a 5 star hotel. Please note that if you take the breakfast and dinner package but not all inclusive, drinks at dinner are not included, not even plain water. At every dinner there is that awkward moment when a waiter approaches you and asks what you want to drink, if you say you don't want anything he takes your glasses off the table and leaves.

Pros: Everything. This was best hotel we have ever stayed far. Starting from staff on Reception lovely lady Diana was so helpful. She made sure that we got all the information needed. We loved the deco around the hotel and we were blown away with our room. It was beautiful with new tech and they decorated pur bed with a bottle of champagne, ballons and chocolate. It was a lovely gesture. Indoor pool was nice and warm and also big.We would highly recommend this hotel

Cons: Our room was so hot during the night. Not so much a big deal probably we didnt do the right temperature settings but other than that we were very satisfied with pur stay at this hotel

Pros: Super nice modern infrastructure there is next to the hotel puddle coast courses and nice places to run around

Pros: Everything was amazing. Our room had a beautiful design and was clean. Beautiful view and location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very rich in quantity and quality.

Pros: Comfort, service, especially Maria at the restaurant

Pros: The facilities, the room, all was clean, reception and gym staff very welcoming and professional, the area of the hotel.

Cons: The food could be better quality wise, some of the staff at the SPA was very moody, not professional and not helpful !! The door of the toilet/bath of our room was broken and was not closing properly.

Pros: The hotel is comfortable, I recommend it for staying.
