Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel

Pros: Amazing location, restaurants and facilities. Very clean and modern room. Fantastic breakfast.

Cons: everything was amazing, very nice and helpful reception

New and cosy hotel in a great location

Pros: The hotel is new, very friendly and calm in November, great surrounding, nice beach just outside the hotel, breakfast choice was wide and the food was tasty :) we had a beautiful view from athe room on the 4th floor. There was live music in the bar. Oh and the beda were super comfy.

Cons: A bit noisy street outside the room in the evenings and it's a pity that there is no Smart TV, the inside pool could be heated.

I had the best birthday ! The hotel surprised us with a room upgrade and a birthday treat , the staff were so friendly,

Pros: Lovely staff , had the best massage on my birthday and had a lovely nap after😅, really clean and amazing location!

It’s a nice place to stay if you value location and easy beach access.

Pros: The hotel has a great location, right by the beach, close to the center, and surrounded by many nice restaurants. It’s also very near Nissi Beach, which is super convenient.

Cons: The hotel is quite small, that’s why there aren’t many food options, especially for dinner. There are also not many evening activities, so it’s quite quiet, not very lively at night. We were also expecting a room with a direct view of the pool and the sea like in the pictures, but unfortunately it wasn’t the case. The bathroom is quite small and could be cleaner. The pool isn’t heated, so the water was really cold.

Pros: We got an upgrade to our room free of charge as it was my birthday also a nice cake for the day

Overall very nice and the kids loved it

Cons: Maybe the common spaces need a liitle bit of modernization (hallways, elevator)

Pros: Food at the hotel was amazing, close to the city and all the bars and restaurants and entertainment. The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Facilities were great. Close to the beach. The beach was spectacular, clean and pristine.

Good food and location, nice and calm hotel.

Pros: Location was great, we loved it was close to busy Ayia Napa however the hotel itself was pretty calm and nice. Close to bus stops - we used the buses to travel around the coast. We loved the food - always a lot of salads and good variety to choose from so we were full after each meal. Also drinks on the pool bar were nice. Room was spacious, aircon worked well, even though we had balcony oriented to the busy street with closed window it was calm during night and we slept well thanks to blackout curtains.

Cons: Bathroom should be cleaner for 4* hotel, with a little more effort it would make the difference. In general the room cleaning could be better - we used one glass to catch a bug so we put some cookie crumbs into it so it will get changed however the same glass with rest of the crumbs was returned on the spot with \

Total relax in September

Pros: Great quality of food, animation during the day, no waiting times and full of options to choose where to sit around the pool.

Cons: Variety in desserts and fruits

Nice hotel on the beach

Pros: The hotel is quite big, they have 2 buildings ( i guess 2, we stayed in the second one ). The room was ok, not too small, not too big. The bathroom was ok. The breakfast is nice, lots of options. The beach is in the of the hotel, literally few steps away. The drinks from the bar were delicious (I guess if you have all inclusive or half board, the drinks are not the same as the paid ones). Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. The beach is nice and the water is gorgeous.

Cons: Some kids from the next rooms made a lot of noise and knocked on the door in the middle of the night, but that is not the hotel fault. But it was very disturbing. People are the worst.
