Great location for rest

Pros: We had a very nice one-week stay. The location is great—not in the center of Protaras but close to the sea. The breakfasts, made by Alena, were delicious, healthy, and varied.

Pros: Location was good, as was large pool. Lovely mosaics. Clean throughout.

Cons: Having a wonderful balcony but not allowed a chair to sit on. No chairs or sun- beds round the pool. Disappointing. The following points were not disclosed in advance when booking: Outside door left open 24 hours a day. No shoes to be worn in the property, to be left outside (not easy with a foot impediment) Bed too low to the floor. Had a base but was on the floor. A sheet left to make your bed. Had to pay €5 per day extra for air conditioning. Breakfast unsatisfactory. Very unusual food given (especially for a coeliac) I.e buckwheat, grated white cabbage and carrot in natural yoghurt. Food given was not the usual Greek breakfast. Only water allowed to your bedroom, no food or other liquids allowed.

Pros: Alena has been a great host, helpful and flexible to accommodate our needs and providing recommendations, she makes you feel like at home. Her house in a tranquil spot (in an area which normally offers another type of hospitality) and its position is perfect to reach everything, from beaches to nature trails if you like walking.

Cons: We had the room with private bathroom, which anyhow shares the balcony with another one. Privacy could maybe be improved by installing some separation between the windows.

An excellent reasonably priced option

Pros: Alena the owner was lovely and kind and cooked breakfast for us every day. House is in a great location and kept in good clean condition. Rooms are a good size. Good value for money considering we went during peak season. The house is shared with other guests so communal areas such as the pool, kitchen and dining room are shared spaces. We personally selected the room with a private bathroom which worked well for us and overall we didn't have any issues with any of the other guests or sharing the communal areas. Overall an excellent option that ticks all the main boxes if you're open to sharing a house with other guests.

I wish I’ll be coming back!

Pros: The silence of the place, the location, the hospitality of the hostess, the possibility to have breakfast.

Lovely place to stay for a relaxing break

Pros: Lovely location and there was a nice tavern a minutes walk away where we had two lovely meals. There was also an amazing beach nearby to snorkel at. Elena was a lovely, friendly host and she made us feel welcome and gave us very nice breakfast each morning and we sat outside in the front garden which was very pleasant. My bed was very comfortable and the bathroom next door had a good shower. I also enjoyed swimming in Elena’ s lovely swimming pool and relaxing in her inflatable ring.

Pros: The disponibility of Alena, her advices to visit the town. Also the mosaic is very pretty and the breakfast really good.

Pros: Alena is a really nice host, she also does amazing breakfast (also different) everyday and treated us with a handmade gift in the end! To have the pool is really nice. Its completely quiet in the area and just a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The bus stop is also just a two minutes walk. You can use the fridge and kitchen.

Cons: A/c is extra cost (but to be fair you're told so when booking). There's no rack for towels in the bathroom. Also the bathroom is a little bit small and gets flooded when youre showering

Pros: Great host, efficiently adjusting to guests' needs. Nice interior, a lot of cats outside. Tasty breakfasts. Good price for value. Highly recommended.

Amazing weekend

Pros: The house is so nice and exceptional design. Beachy vibes. Prime location close to prataras strip as well aya napa clubs and beaches. Many sights near the places such as turtle beach the sea caves some hiking trails.
