Totally enjoyed my stay !

Pros: Nice apartment in the city center of Larnaca. The rooms are nice and clean , kitchen is equipped with anything you would need , living rooms and balcony are really nice .

Good option for short stay

Pros: Very good location, comfortable room , big light apartment, good wifi, easy check-in

Cons: Would be good to have adapters for guests to charge phones and also to have a hairdryer

Pros: Quick and easy booking, detailed guidance from property management (Michael) and assistance throughout stay.

Cons: Not agent related but in general in Cyprus, Larnaca, street names are not on easily seen on the street.

good place for short stay

Pros: Big apartment located in the city center. Very close to the airport bus station. Just 10 mins walking to the main beach, church, intercity bus station (from where you can go to other cities of Cyprus). I booked double room, it was not bad, fresh bed sheet, towels. Enough of space inside and has a balcony to dry towels or dring morning coffe. There is a big kitchen with nesessary appliences, but I didnt cook. The only one thing - kettle didn't work at all. You must boil a water at the stove. The bathroom worked well, without any complains. The apartment is clean. It's fine apartment for one night stay only. It's nothing to do at Larnaca at all.

Cons: if you have some other guests in other rooms - very easy to hear all their movements. Neighbours woke me up at 6 am by noise, because of taking shower, cooking at the kitchen and etc. If you want to check in earlier - need to pay extra 15 euro. I arrived at 2 pm, but must wait untill 3 pm. Because check in starts not earlier than 3 pm. The bed mattress is old and you can feel the springs

Nice place to stay

Pros: Everything was excellent. Apartment is cosy and comfartable and location is very good.

Cons: There is a problem with the toilet.

Pros: It is close to city center and have a good connection with airport and other destinations. The apartment is very spacious and bright.

Pros: The appartment is very near the center and in a beautiful part of the town, just five minutes walk to the beach.

Cons: Pans and pots were very old and heavily used, full of scratches and lots of rust and should be replaced.

Pros: Great location: short walks to all points of interest, about 10mins to the beach It was reather easy to find. Check-in and check-out with the box was smooth and hassle-free. The flat is also very clean. Wonderful place to stay in Larnaka, great price for value.

Cons: The lights in the bathroom did not work and there was no toilet paper. The owner sent someone to check on it when we left. (Since we were there over the easter holidays it might've been difficult to come and fix it) We did not use the kitchen, however we found that even if we wanted to there is not a lot of equipment for cooking.

Pros: Really nice and clean accomodation near beach and the center

Cons: It was a bit hard to find the entrance
