Villa Pliades

Pros: We really liked the location, the high standard of the property, and the responsiveness of the property manager. The house was well equipped, and everything worked perfectly. The swimming pool was very well maintained and serviced regularly.

Cons: Small cosmetic renovation would benefit the property We dint have mid-stay cleaning service, although it is included for longer stay.

Highly recommended Villa near Ayia Napa

Pros: Villa was perfect and contact with personel as well (very responsive). Villa is located in the peaceful area with great view it is well equipped, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Altogether everything was amazing. Easy and smooth check in and out. Beautiful villa .

Pros: I liked that it was a bit outside of the city and calm, spacious and really good view to the sea. Big plus that it had coffee machine,water kettle, dishwasher . It was equipped with some sugar , 3in1 coffe, tea. Air conditioning in every room and living room was also a big plus. Big table with enough chairs and space for big groups,families. Big parking space front of the villa for cars. Shampoo, shower gel, lots of toalett paper prepared in every bathrooms.

Cons: 2 room had very uncomfortable beds. On the second floor the one with single beds had a very hard mattress that in the morning I didn’t feel anything in my arms and had a very bad back pain. And in the basement a double bed had the wooden ribs under the mattress and some of the ribs were off which made the whole bed uneven . That was easy to fix by putting back the ribs but anyhow it could have been a better solution. Didn’t had enough warm water, but we were 9 person. Some days we had to take cold showers.

Pros: the villa was 1st class clean, pool was spot on and well looked after. for me a perfect location peace and quiet

Pros: Sehr nette Vermietung zwei Sachen haben gefehlt, sie haben es uns am selben Tag vorbeigebracht.

Cons: Lage

Pros: Puiki vieta šalia Ayia Napa kurorto. Vila Nr. 3 nauja ir moderni su vaizdu į jūrą. Pastato išplanavimas labai tinkamas 2-3 šeimoms. Vieni miegamieji yra rūsyje, kiti - antrame aukšte. Pirmasis aukštas skirtas svetainei ir virtuvei. Vila turi pakankamai vonios kambarių ir didesnei kompanijai. Geras baseinas su vaizdu į jūrą. Baseinas nešildomas, tačiau temperatūra net rudenį buvo tinkama maudytis. Pajūris visai šalia, tačiau smėlėta maudymosi vieta yra už 1km.

Cons: Baseino zonoje labai slidžios plytelės, reikia būti labai atsargiu, kad nesusižeisti išlipus iš baseino, ypač vaikams kurie mėgsta bėgioti. Vila turėjo kelis smulkius defektus, tokius kaip sulūžusi vonios kambario rankena, elektros kištukinių lizdų problemos. Trūkumai lengvai pašalinami, šeimininkams pranešta, todėl tikiuosi, kad kitų svečių apsilankymui jie bus pašalinti. Nepaisant smulkių trūkumų, mielai atvykčiau dar kartą.

Pros: Villa usytuowana jest w pierwszej linii do morza, co daje wspaniałe widoki i zachody słońca. Dom był zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzeba, brakowało jedynie czegoś, czym można przeczyścić basen z roślin które tam wpadały. Mimo wszystko dom posiadał wysoki standard, ogromnym plusem był basen, z którego idzie przez cały dzień korzystać. Villa usytuowana jest w cichej okolicy, najbliższy market jest 15 min na nogach. Natomiast plusem tego był przystanek autobusowy który znajdował się 2 min od domku.

Cons: Słaby kontakt z wynajmującym. Główne informacje były wysyłane automatycznie, natomiast brak odzewu na dodatkowe pytania.
