Sotira Agia Napa Luxury House

Comfortable, great position home. Lovely pool 2 minutes away and 2 minutes from the sea.very rocky area not so suitable

Pros: Great for a holiday with friends. 2 Bedrooms en-suite upstairs and another bedroom downstairs. Outside are was a fantastic. Large outside area to eat and make a barbecue. Well equipped kitchen with lots of great “leftovers” from past guests.

Cons: The lounge was a little cramped and the sofa was not comfortable or pleasant to sit on. As it was very hot in the evenings we sat inside with air conditioning on. We were invaded by tiny ants that went everywhere. Couldn’t get rid of them. I would suggest to the owners to have an insect terminator in.

Pros: I highly recommend!!! Great location, very peacuful and quiet, just a few steps to the sea. The swimming pool is to share with a few, close villas but truly we were always alone. Great contact with the host. My family and me were having wonderful vacation:)))))

Beautiful and cozy house in quiet area

Pros: The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by similar vacation homes, sharing one common pool, but with own sun-beds. It is recommended to have a car to go there. We have provided with very clear instructions and photos how to collect the keys and kept in touch with the hosts, despite our very late arrival. They have stayed at our disposal at the whole time, when we needed some support. It is very comfortable to have a personal bathroom in every bedroom. As well as, there is one shared toilet at the ground floor. Every bedroom has an access to spacious terrace which is also very comfortable. All the items in the house are very interesting and make it too cozy. The garden is shady, very big and pleasant, perfect for the breakfast.

Cons: All was perfect. Only the cleanliness could be improved a little.

Pros: The house had everything, even coffee, oil, spices. Very clean and stylish. Beautiful yard to seat outside. The location is ideal to avoid the buzzy roads of Ayia Napa and Protaras and the view is beautiful, every room has its own bath and TV. We stayed for two days and needed more to enjoy the house

Pros: Exceptional choice, one of the best in the area, great sea view location, quiet, fully equipped, artfully decorated, spacious and relaxing. We would definitely stay again, it is a lovely house that we immensely enjoyed.

Very comfortable and full of personality

Pros: Very comfortable and full of personality, a place to remember and come back to! The location is perfect if you want a quiet time away from the crowds. We didn’t have a car, so we were a bit worried at the beginning about having to take taxis to go shopping, but we discovered there is an excellent delivery app both for restaurants and grocery stores. Also, there is a bus station on the main street, a couple of minutes from the property. Worth mentioning the WIFI: when we booked it was not listed on Booking, but it fact there is Wifi in the house it works very well.

Pros: Beautiful unique home, really nice area. Felt very relaxed and homely as the care and the love for the house from the hosts shines through. The house itself is fantastic layout with lots of outdoor space to cook, eat and relax.

Cons: Nothing it was the best place we’ve stayed in.

Pros: The house is simply amazing provided with different relaxing corners and nice views. Exceptionally designed to the smallest details with all conviencies and facilities the person needs. In the house you can find everything you may need. The pool is surrounded by beautiful villas and plants that gives you feeling of comfort. A bit far away from the noisy center, but if you need a cozy and calm place to have a rest, the place is incomparable.

I came with my family and some friends to spend my birthday there. Everything was great. Totally reccomend.

Pros: Everything was amazing. The house is very cosy, a lot of handmade decorations that made the house very beautiful. One of the best villas i’ve ever visited. Nice Balconys, very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, bathrooms as well. Very clean, they provided the essentials as well as robes for bathroom and slippers,towels shampoos etc.. Near the pool and the sea. Everything was perfect, and the host was perfect as well. Great communication, friendly and welcoming. Totally reccomend. 5/5!! ❤️❤️❤️

Pros: The house is amazing. In a quiet area away from the mess. It had every thing you can only imagine you need. And clean. And very big and pretty. And the host was do helpfull!!!
