Pros: Very nice apartment — clean and tidy, with both an indoor and an outdoor pool, plus a gym. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. I especially want to thank the person who rented it to us for his kindness and helpfulness, because when we left and returned the keys, I realized I had forgotten some personal belongings inside the apartment. He was very kind and helpful in arranging to have them sent back to me.

Fantastic appartment
Pros: Lovely, spacious, well-equipped appartment. We enjoyed going to the gym and pool and were appreciative of the welcome goodies in the fridge on arrival. Nice owner too. Highly recommend his place.

A truly fantastic place to stay in Larnaca and explore Cyprus!
Pros: The property is truly fantastic! It is spacious and tastefully decorated with a lovely big terrace perfect for barbecues and dining outside. It is part of an extremely well maintained development (not easy to find in Cyprus!). It has a good size outdoor swimming pool, which must be lovely in summer. We found an indoor swimming pool and a sauna just perfect for us in January. Another great thing is the location. The property is few minutes by car from a lovely long sandy CTO beach, many great restaurants and shops. It is also only 10 min from the centre of Larnaca and 15 min from the airport on the one side and Aya Napa/Protaras on the other. All in all a really great place to stay in Larnaca and explore Cyprus!

Lovely place to stay near Larnaca
Pros: We especially liked the big balcony for barbeque and sunbathing. The rooms were clean, had air conditioner and overall cozy atmosphere. Kitchen had plenty of equipment for cooking and even a coffee machine. It was a pleasant surprise that the sauna, gym and an indoor pool were at the basement of the same building. The sea was about 2 km walk from the village. Overall a very positive experience and definitely would recommend.

Pros: zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Balkone, eine Terrasse; unser Toaster war kaputt und wir haben einen neuen in 20 Minuten bekommen; super Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, auch sonst alles da, was man braucht (Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle); Parkplatz kostenlos und im Schatten; Aufzug; Personal sehr nett; zum Strand bzw. zum Ort ist man in 5 Minuten gefahren; gute Autobahnanbindung; ruhig
Cons: einiges in der Ausstattung/ Einrichtung müsste bald mal erneuert werden; am Pool etwas besser fegen (Mörtel); man braucht ein Auto

Pros: Très spacieux , bien équipé, lumineux, terrasse agréable ++++ Hôte très réactif et agréable Bien situé par rapport à Ayia Napa , une vingtaine de minutes.. On profite du calme près de la fête !
Cons: Piscine non chauffée en intérieur et extérieur c'est dommage nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.

Pros: L'appartement est agréable et très confortable pour une famille. Nous avons été touchés par les petites provisions trouvées dans le frigidaire à notre arrivée. Les piscines étaient toujours propres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme

Pros: Апартаменты в принципе это 3-х комнатная квартира, есть все необходимое - кухня, стиральная машина, сушилка, телевизор. На кухне есть все необходимое
Cons: Как только зашли почувствовали неприятный запах по всей квартире, открыв один из шкафов обнаружили очень неприятный запах сырости и прения. Позвали девушку на ресепшен, она запах не почувствовала в номере, сказала что мол предыдущие жильцы готовили специфическую еду, а сырость в шкафу исходит из за ремонта в ванной. В бассейне было грязновато. Очень важно - рядом нет никаких магазинов или супермаркетов а учитывая что это апартаменты чтоб не остаться без еды нужно снять автомобиль. Поэтому приплюсовав расходы на аренду авто, пересекли уже в другом месте где есть магазины и рестораны и авто не понадобится

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla zmotoryzowanych. Około 2 km do plaży. Atutem jest również bliskość autostrady. Miejsce parkingowe przy wejściu do budynku. Apartament w pełni wyposażony, posiadał wszystkie niezbędne dogodności. Super taras. W dniu przyjazdu w apartamencie było pieczywo, wędlina, ser, dżem oraz butelka wina na powitanie. W obiekcie dostępna sauna, basen kryty i odkryty oraz siłownia. Na zewnątrz mały plac zabaw.
Cons: Trochę dużo czasu zajęło mi włączenie ogrzewania i grzania wody. Przydałaby się instrukcja obsługi. Piloty do klimatyzacji są dość zużyte. Części wspólne są zaniedbane. Wymagałby częstszego sprzątania.
