Sunbay Apartments

We had a nice relaxing holiday and enjoyed our stay at Sunbay.

Pros: Eleni was very responsive to questions even before we arrived. She met us on arrival at the property and showed us around and gave us information about the apartment which was well equipped. The terrace with sunbeds was very private and we used it daily, there was also a communal courtyard at the rear which had sunbeds, tables, chairs and parasols. The property is in a nice quiet area with free roadside parking and about 300m to the beach and a supermarket. Restaurants were a little further away. She very kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment on our last day as we had a late flight. We would not hesitate to book again.

Suitable for families and children

Pros: Our hostess, Eleni, was exceptionally helpful, kind, and always responded promptly to any questions we had—whether about shopping in the city or anything we needed in the apartment. She offered plenty of useful advice and even offered to lend us beach toys for the kids, which was a lovely gesture. The apartment was very spacious and quiet, making it ideal for families seeking a comfortable and unique experience—especially thanks to the large, beautiful balcony. The beach was only a five-minute walk away, clean, and perfect for families with children. A supermarket and public transportation were also conveniently close. Mrs. Eleni kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport, which we greatly appreciated. I truly hope to return to this place whenever I can in the future. Thank you for everything, Eleni!

Cons: Honestly, there was no air conditioning for the entire apartment, only for the bedroom. But It was truly excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit

Pros: It was our 2nd vacation in Sunbay apartments. Our family loves so much this place, where we actually feel like at home! We’re so grateful to the host Eleni for her constant care and kindness❤️❤️❤️It’s exceptional and priceless!!! Certainly we’ll be back!

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay at Sun Bay Apartments! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable — it had everything from a kitchenette to a cozy terrace. A special thanks to Eleni, the host — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Her warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus!

Ideal spot for our purposes

Pros: A wonderful apartment where with the doors open you could always find a breeze to cool you without always needing the aircon. It was cleaned and linen and towels changed twice a week and very well equipped for our purposes. The beds were comfortable and the aircon in the bedroom worked very well for those very warn nights we experienced. One of the best value apartments we have used.

Cons: The shower head is probably ready for an update but worked adequately and there was always ample Hot Water. We will very happily stay there again and Eleni is an excellent host. Thankyou.

Pros: Is near to the beach side and the owner is very friendly.

Cons: No WiFi and need more lighting in the garden. Also maybe a little deep cleaning in the kitchen and for family with children’s cartoon on tv.

Pros: Loved the beautiful gardens where we could relax. Sunbeds at the front where we could sit in the morning sun and a courtyard at the back. It was only 10 minutes walk to the beach. And there was a v/g shop 5 minutes away. The same with bus stops. The apartment had everything you need and was comfortable and I loved the bright yellow curtains ect that reflected the sunshine outside. Would recommend for any1 wanting a peaceful relaxing holiday Carol and Tina

Cons: Sometimes it was a bit noisy with them getting the apartments ready for the season but I doubt that would be a problem once everything was up together. Eleni was very sweet and apologetic for any inconvenience. Nothing that would stop me returning again.

Pros: Good apparement with everything that you need during your stay. The host is also nice and met us, when we arrived. The apparement was cleaned once during the stay.

Pros: everything about this accommodation was fantastic. Elena was so helpful and the garden was amazing. We had our own private balcony which was very large and beautiful flowers. The location of the accommodation was good, close to the beach and the bus. we will recommend this accommodation to our friends and would love to come back.

Good time

Pros: Eleni (the host) is great and very helpful. The whole stay was good.

Cons: Cold water pressure in bathroom was not great.
