Very nice appartment by the sea

Pros: Stylish cosy appartment next to the beach and all needed restaurants and shops.

Cons: Location near Nama made sometime noise but it was bearable and respectful with time.

great, 2 min from the sea, really clean and new furniture

Pros: 3 out of 4 rooms have sea view and this was great. we had a 3 bedroom apartment fully equipped. the owner was helpfull and answered fast to all our messages.

A perfect holiday

Pros: Great location. Lovely boardwalk into Protaras. Easy parking. Great aircon. Great comms from host. Everything we needed.

Cons: Creaky beds in second bedroom. No window to bathroom. Could do with some towel hooks. No blind in kitchen. (Only tiny comments)

very good spacious rooms close to the beach

Pros: big room with kitchen equipment, host was very responsive and fixed any issues we had, we were given the opportunity to check out a bit later. and it is close to the beach, with a supermarket on the ground floor and restaurants close by.

Cons: The room is overlooking a street so it can get a bit noisy at times, especially if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Great value, beautiful property.

Pros: Spacious, free secure parking, all amenities you need included including free bottled water on arrival/tea/coffee. Great location - some restaurants and shops outside. Beach short walk. Great comms - arrange access as we arrived at 3am and lots recommendations

Cons: No black out blinds so not good if you like a lie in or sleep in dark. It’s a very good location but road outside can be noisy.

Perfect Pernera Apartment

Pros: Modern apartment with everything you need. Close to amenities and lovely beaches.

Pros: The apartment is wonderful, the problem is that it doesn’t say that it’s on the second floor without elevator. With two baby’s it was hard .

Superb stay

Pros: Great location, only 2 min walk from the beach. Studio was clean and comfortable and staff were really helpful and answering very swiftly. Would definitely recommend!

Marvellous apartment

Pros: Apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Location is great. Close to the beach Close to restaurants Ample parking

Cons: Second bedroom is small. Fine for a very short stay but we felt it would be cramped for a longer period.

Pros: The flat is so spacious, easily fits 8 people. Location is amazing, right onto the sea. Swimming pool very nice, decent size. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen had all basic necessary appliances. Best value for money.

Cons: The only issue we had was that in one of the bedrooms the plugs on the wall seemed to not be working. The bedside lamps were not working but the top ceiling light was working. The AC unit also seemed not to have any connection with electricity. Same thing for the AC in the living room. Lucky, we visited it in the end of september so the weather was a bit cooler and we managed somehow.
