Pros: I had an excellent stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and in the perfect location. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again♥️

Great location and experience.

Pros: Great location, in a walking distance from 2 amazing beaches. 5 minutes away by car from Lidl where you can buy all your groceries. Close to the main attractions like Fig tree beach. Aya Napa is about 15 minutes away by car. The host, Christina, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. She was always very responsive to all our questions.

Cons: Overall we were pleased with the apartment.

Pros: Several beaches are close. Each room is air- conditioned. The owner is very helpful. The communication is easy just like the check- in and out. Spacious apartment. Downtown of Protaras is at walkable distance. Bus stops are in front of the building. A shop and a restaurant are just at the corner.

Cons: The road in front of the apartment is busy that can be heard at night too. It can be disturbing for people who need silence for sleeping. We could manage it.

A home away from home

Pros: The host is very caring and friendly, the location is excellent, the apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities.

Overall great value for money, nice and clean

Pros: Very good location 10' from napa and 3' from protaras center

Cons: In the specific road the cars are speeding which creates noise until late and very early

Everything was as we expected.

Pros: Good location, great parking, safe. Good contact with the owner.

Amazing apartment but traffic noise is really big. If you are a light sleeper it can be real issue.

Pros: Big and clean apartment with everything needed for comfortable stay. We even got baby cot and chair which was very convenient. There is an amazing little beach 3min from the apartment.

Cons: Noise from the traffic.

Simple and good solutions

Pros: The check in and out was well organizer, support also really good. The flat Is simple but has what you Need . A bit less point for the position in the main Road of Protaras but you can consider a good solutions for Protaras

Lovely modern apartment with local amenities close by. Well worth the money. Loved it.

Pros: The property was clean, tidy and had everything you needed for the duration. Perfectly located with a small secluded beach a short walk away, which my boy loved. 10-15 minute walk from Protaras centre.

Cons: The road is very noisy at night.

Great accomodation in South East Cyprus

Pros: Nice accommodation with parking, a very helpful hostess, great location, very close to Blue Lagoon, Crow's Arch, Ayai Napa, etc. We were also given some traditional sweets to taste, how lovely.

Cons: We had a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, which was right on the ground floor and therefore we had no sea view. A sheet would be good for sleeping on the sofa bed.
