Green Bay Suites

Pros: Easy booking, friendly and helpful owners, great studio.

Pros: Got to thank Nikolas for being perfect host. We didn't meet him but he was very patient in explaining everything. Place was very clean. Had all apliances one needs. Big plus is a smartTV of good size, and AC that heats up place in no time. Building has it's own parking in the back. All in all a very nice stay.

Pros: We loved the sea views from this modern newly renovated apartment with a large balcony to enjoy it. The location was also great with so many amazing walks along the sea towards Protaras or ancient cave church hikes into the mountains. It was really easy to catch a bus to Ayia Napa or Nissi Beach if you want to explore other areas. The apartment was equipped with a small kitchen, coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods/tea. Nickolas and Maria were lovely and helped us with any issues we had and even offered to drive us nearby to any where we wanted to go. . There was a big storm and it affected the hot water so they kindly moved us to a larger apartment nearby which was great because we were there for 8 days and the extra space really helped when the weather was bad and we were stuck inside

Cons: Nothing to complain about except maybe a toaster for us Australians who love toast in the morning though there was a sandwich maker.

Excellent balcony and a fantastic host

Pros: The host could not do enough for us, and was exceptional., anything that we needed he was always on hand to deliver. The size and the view from the balcony was fantastic

Pros: The host helped us when there.were not hot water by turning the heater remotely from his home.

Cons: There were some hot water issues but they were solved after I called the host and he helped me.

Very good accommodation in Protaras

Pros: Nikolas is a super host. He responded positively to all of our inquiries, even waited to greet us after midnight and show us around. The room was very clean and tidy, and the bed super comfortable for my taste. The kitchen is also well equipped. The bathroom is quite spacious, especially the shower cabin. All in all, everything is as advertised. The location is quiet and 2 minutes away from Green bay beaches, which I found quite good for snorkeling. Restaurants options are a bit limited in the area, but still ok. Very good price/quality ratio overall.

Very comfortable and clean!

Pros: The flat is very comfortable and has all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was clean and modern. The balcony was awesome to enjoy some drinks.

Cons: Nothing to say.

Perfect for a city break and nice getaway

Pros: Very closed to my favourite place Vyzakia beach behind cavo maris hotel. The newly renovated room with every appliance in the tv. Hairdryer, oven, dishes etc. I asked for help from the owner regarding netflix and he offered me help. I really appreciated it eventhough I didn’t use it at last.

Cons: My room didnt have balcony which didn’t affect my one night stay but it would affect my holidays if it was more than two days.

Just perfect.

Pros: The apartment was tidy and clean, the key pick up and drop off was smooth. The owner was extremely helpful, available 24 hours a day with little to no problem.
