Studio in the Old City of Nicosia

Pleasant and unusual experience

Pros: Very unusual little apartment in the old town. The hosts were very caring even providing free drinks in the fridge. Overall an extraordinary experience. Thank you

Cons: Room was hard to warm

Pros: It was an amazing experience to stay at this lovingly restored little town house,like stepping back into the 1920s, a real privilege. The area is a joy to explore !

Pros: Very good place in the heart of Nicosia. The Italian owner is awesome, and if needed he shares suggestions and ideas on what to do or see. Very interesting place. Old house with a complete renovation and you can see it. All was very very good

Staying in an old beautiful house.

Pros: It is like staying in an old family home. My studio had everything I needed. It was an experience. In a quiet neighborhood and 10 to 15 minutes walk to border crossing area.

Cons: Everytime water used, there was a short lasting noise, I believe coming from pipes. It wasn’t a major problem. After all it’s an old house.

Pros: Gorgeous studio and courtyard in a terrific location, with a very kind and welcoming host - all the finishing touches including delicious homemade limoncello in the fridge. Free, nearby parking and lots of great cafes/restaurants close by.

Vraiment parfait

Pros: Paolo was very welcoming and helpful. the rooms were cosy and homey so you felt good to be there. very well located and a 10 minute walk from Ledra Street . 2 tavernas literally a one minute walk from the studio (it's more like a small house) for anyone who's tired or arrives late and doesn't want to go far. all in all a great stay

Don’t have to think, book this if you see it’s available

Pros: The host, Paolo, is a great guy. He makes sure I feel at home throughout my stay. He even gave me a ride to the airport shuttle bus terminal. Probably the best hospitality I’ve experienced in my international travel experience so far.

Excellent stay, especially the location

Pros: Stunning location and overall a very pleasant apartment. Has everything you need for a solo traveler. The place is absolutely worth the money

Cons: If you’re tall like me (around 190 cm), things may feel a bit cramped: the bed is slightly short and you can’t stand fully upright in the shower

Pros: Probably one of the most finely decorated places I've ever stayed at. Everything you need is there, and it's there with style and taste. The owners are lovely welcoming people.
