Nicosia Luxury Studio

Pros: I liked the great willingness of my host to explain the history, geography, and culture... of Cyprus.

Cons: It's too hot in Cyprus, but that's not my host's responsibility.

The perfect place to stay for both the reasons I was in Nicosia and a friendly host in a good area with friendly Cypriot

Pros: It was a great position , only 7 minutes stroll to the old city ( city centre ) and 15 to twenty minutes to the administrative and new shopping areas . At the bottom of the road there were loads of great restaurants and trendy take aways for lunch as well as an old style kebab shop . A good local supermarket on the corner yet still quiet in the apartment at night so a good sleep . The host was very amenable and informative and dealt with any issues immediately and efficiently . I was there for family and official business this trip and it was the perfect place to stay .It is cool in the day so I did not need to use the air on . It had English plug sockets , very handy for my laptop and phone .

Cons: The name of the street is spelt wrong on both Booking.Com and Google maps so be aware that it is spelt Palyklitou and not Polyklitou so the taxi driver had problems finding it as he was using Google maps on his phone . It is better to use The Green Tree Supermarket on the corner as the reference point for taxi s to find it .

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, man kann gut parken, sie ist sauber und die Ausstattung ist gut.

Pros: Convenient location and a great value. The owner and his wife were gracious and helpful whenever we needed them. It was especially nice to have a washing machine and to be able to hang the clothing outside to dry.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα

Pros: Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα , με πρόσβαση σε 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης της Λευκωσίας. Βρίσκεται σε έναν ήσυχο δρόμο , πολύ κοντά σε μουσεία , άλλα αξιοθέατα, τράπεζες, σούπερ μάρκετ και πολλά ενδιαφέροντα σημεία εστίασης . Ξεχώρισα την ευγένεια του ιδιοκτήτη του διαμερίσματος , ενός από τους πιο γνωστούς καθηγητές στον τομέα του, που υπάρχουν σήμερα στην Κύπρο .

Cons: Ορισμένες φορές σημειώνονται διακοπές στο internet , αυτό οφείλεται μάλλον στο γεγονός ότι άλλοι ενοικιαστές διπλανών διαμερισμάτων της ίδιας ιδιοκτησίας , κατεβάζουν μεγάλα αρχεία χρησιμοποιώντας την ίδια σύνδεση .

Pros: Καλή τοποθεσία ήσυχο καθαρό με αρκετές παροχές, επίσης κάναμε μια μικρή ζημιά στο τραπεζάκι και αγχωθηκαμε αλλά η ιδιοκτήτρια μας καθησύχασε και μας κάλυψε πλήρως . Το προτείνω σε όλους.

Cons: Θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα πιστολάκι μαλλιών και η τηλεόραση να έχει πιο λειτουργικό χειριστήριο
