Pros: Excellent base for our stay, exceeded expections. Charming area to stay with places to eat near by. Short drive to the old town. Owner a one off in the nicest possible way. An experience to remember.

An interesting and comfortable discovery point

Pros: This place is very near the city centre and also near the bus station connecting Nicosia with the airport of Larnaca. The owner, Mr. Giannis, is a very well-traveled man, who has experience of the World, and can entertain interesting conversations. He is also very kind, patient, witty. He produces excellent Commandaria and Zivania, too. The apartment I dwelled in was a traditional Cypriot house possibly more than 200 years old, with very high ceiling, and all the comforts you might need. Good wifi. Giannis is also the landlord of a young successful and interesting Cypriot writer, Eva Asprakis, and you can find her books for you to read in the apartment. Just in front of the apartment you have a traditional cafenio where old and not old folk people enjoy passionate talks. Nearby, within 15 to 20 minutes walk, you have an array of grocers, including a Russian shop.

Cons: I was too short there... till the next time

Pros: Extremely clean, nicely decorated, full of amenities

Gorgeous Stay ♥︎

Pros: John/Giannis was just exceptional! I was quite busy so I didn't get to talk to him much, but whenever we did get to chat he was nothing but lovely. I can confidently say he was one of, if not the best, part of the stay! I really enjoyed the fact that the studio included so many things (a washing mashine, a microwave, a big fridge, a kettle, an AC unit...) that I would have looked for/wanted. There is a really big and quite cheap supermarket close by, and there seems to be a cafe roght in front (though i am really socially anxious and did not really take advantage of that!) The Host also has a great lemonade that I keep reminiscing about! The street it sits on is adorable, with a lot of local flora scattered through neighbours' gardens. The cons could never outweigh the pros for me! And I can't wait to come back, kf John/Giannis will have me of course ❤️🫒

Cons: The shower situation was a little tricky for me :( The water was not going through the drain fast enough, so I had to deal with a light 'flooding' 😅 Thankfully a mop and a big squeegee were included! There were some works going on, you can unfortunately hear the traffic, and the Church nearby was a bit loud on Sunday, *and* there was an altercation between a group or two outside on I believe Saturday night (which was a little scary as I was just coming back in) so it can be a little loud at times! The downstairs fan looked a little loose, which I kept keeping an eye on as it kept turning back on, and I think as a result of that I kept waking up to paint flakes all over downstairs 😅 The stairs were a little tricky for me as I really needed the support of a bannister for my mental wealth, but I got used to it by the end of it. I just wish there were bigger windows strewn about! It would have been lovely to get some air and sunshine in.💔 Pallouriotissa is quite gorgeous, however do keep in mind that if you're thinking of walking to-and-fro it is a trek! I had to keep going to/crossing Ledra, so it was almost a 40-minute walk for me!

Pros: Easy check-in and check-out, good wifi, clean, studio has everything you need.

Pros: The room is ample, exceptionally equipped with everything imaginable from short to long term stays and situated in a lovely location/neighborhood.

Pros: Amazing stay with an amazing host! Best stay in Cyprus.

Perfect accommodation near Nicosia city center

Pros: The apartment furnished in traditional style is located in the calm part of the city however really close to the old town of Nicosia. When it comes to facilities there are literally everything - kitchen well equipped, adapters available at location, two really comfortable beds, air conditioning, coffee machine (really delicious coffee by the way) etc. The owner is really friendly, helpful and kind… 🌸 he welcomed us with the smile on his face ☺️

Cons: We liked almost everything - maybe the bathroom needs deeper cleaning however beside that everything was perfect so I can turn the blind eye to this ;)

A really genuine experience in a traditional cypriot house

Pros: A lovely little house in a quiet location just outside the town center. It has literally everything you could need but the highlight is the owner Giannis! He was prompt and helpful with messages before i arrived and he welcomed me with tradicional snacks and homemade zivania!

Cons: The soundproof is poor and you can hear every single noise from the road (especially the church which is right opposite the house). Also there is no black out blinds or courtains in the windows and you wake up early every morning because of the sunlight.
