spacious and practical appartment

Pros: Value for money ...quiet area ...modern and nice with all main facilities ...spacious and practical appartment

Pros: Excellent location and a comfortable apartment, even for two people. Very quiet, ideal for true relaxation. Everything was new and clean, extremely well-organized, and the neighborhood and building felt very safe. Also, convenient parking both on the private premises and outside. An excellent choice overall.

Clean and cozy apartment

Pros: Location is convenient as we had a car and its in the middle of everything. The place was very clean when we enter smelled nice, tidy, without useless things, soft comfort mattress, spotless linens, 4 pillows, as on photos. Quiet. Simple instructions to access. Overall very nice and cozy. On a luxury building with impressive entrance!

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Excellent stay! I will visit again

Pros: Location was convenient. The apartment is on a very luxurious building. Was quiet as its facing the town from the back side of the building. Is new and cozy, decorated with beautiful paintings. As on photos. Had everything we needed. The smart tv was huge! Coffee and water was offered. The size of the bed was comfort and mattress was comfortable too which is important for my stays. 4 pillows were the extra add for our confort. And most of all was very clean. Bathroom has also a heater which was perfect to keep our towels hot. For sure I will visit again for my next stay to Nicosia. I forgot to mention that the host was very polite and help-full to all we needed. Guided How to reach the apartment and also helped how to usw the heater in the bathroom.

Cons: The parking needs a control to open the gate and was an issue how to open and then leave the control back inside the apartment before we go.

Parfait !
