Cheerful Apartment in Nicosia

Great stopover getaway

Pros: Plenty of space. Easy communication with the owner. Very detailed arrival instructions and do's and don'ts. Close to lots of essentials like supermarket, coffee shops and eating places.

Clean huge appartment

Pros: Very good contact with Owner, helpful and kind person. Huge, well equipped and clean appartment, comfortable beds. Quiet area, close to supermarket.

Nice apartment near the University of Nicosia

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay, the apartment is perfectly suitable for a couple. It was nice to have soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The well-priced “minibar” is also a nice touch. Would book again.

Cons: The building is a bit old and the hallways don’t look great, but the apartment is well maintained. On Friday night there was loud music in a block near us so we slept with earplugs, but the host does warn beforehand that it can get noisy on weekends.

Pros: Nice, esthetic place. Excellent for a couple. Living roon+bed room+balcony+bathroom.

Cons: I have to notice few points to attention. There was only one blanket per couple, which was really not enough. So whoever is important to him, will make sure to ask for more blankets. In addition, there were groceries from the previous guests, which should have been removed.

Value for money accommodation

Pros: The apartment had everything someone needs. Although the building is old, the apartment is quite renovated and you feel comfortable. They offers drinks and snacks in the fridge that you can use and pay them back. They have the price list on the fridge.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: A very nice apartment in the residential area. There was plenty of space, a nice equipped kitchen, a balcony and a comfy living room. The bathroom was a bit smaller but we had no problem with it. We received instructions via whatsapp and all worked fine for us.

Cons: The building is a bit older and may look a bit sketchy in the evening but it was perfectly safe and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή & πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και καφέ. Η οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα για μια ζημιά στο μπάνιο από προηγούμενο ενοικιαστή.

Weekend a Nicosia

Pros: La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è che l'appartamento è in una buona posizione. Inoltre, è fornito di tutto ciò che serve. La doccia è spaziosa ed il letto comodo.

Cons: Non mi è piaciuto molto il rumore. Infatti, la gente fa casino la mattina presto e questo disturba un po' il sonno.

Pros: Apartma je na mirni lokaciji v predmestju Nikozije. Oddaljenost cca 40 min zmerne hoje do samega centra. Sama opremljenost stanovanja in udobje sta bila odlicna.

Cons: Za cistoco bi lahko malo boljse poskrbeli

Bon séjour grâce à la nuit de repos passée dans l'appartement.

Pros: En dehors de Nycosie. Il faut donc une voiture et un GPS. Parking facile dand la rue. On peut aller à pieds à Nicosie si on marche . Séjour en février. Appartement possibilité de chauffage. Eau chaude, penser à l'activer. Wifi excellent. Pas de bruit.
