Nicosia City Centre Luxury Renovated Apartment

Nice stay in a lovely apartment!

Pros: Nicely renovated apartment. Nicely decorated and had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Very well situated - walking distance everywhere!

Cons: It was a bit noisy from the traffic outside

A lovely place in the heart of Nicosia

Pros: The place was spotless and very conveniently located, close to everything you would want to see in Nicosia. The terrace was an absolute highlight and we enjoyed our breakfasts in the warm sunshine. The host was very responsive and answered every question we had, which was highly appreciated!

Cons: We liked everything, but found the idea of a separate smaller bedroom across the hall surprising. Going to the bathroom across the hall was rather an inconvenience at night.

Lovely apartment

Pros: The location is perfect and the apartment is lovely. I would stay again.

Cons: I would have liked to meet the host, but perhaps that's just me. The only real criticism is that there wasn't a sheet for the sofa bed and the duvets on both bed were lacking covers

Pros: Great location, beautifull apartment, a lot of space and privacy. Wonderfully designed, the owner, Athina, is very nice, willingly assist in every subject.

Pros: The apartment is a town house in the center of the city a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian street and all attractions. It's newly renovated and really beautiful. Athina is the perfect host. Would love to stay at their apartment again. Thank you.

I would stay here again.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower worked great- both from a water pressure and drainage perspective. The host was very responsive and communicated promptly. The location was perfect -close to Ledras Street and other sights. The balcony was fantastic.

Cons: The kitchen is very basic- just a stovetop. No oven or microwave and there is no table to eat at other than the one on the patio. If you are mostly eating out, it works fine.

Pros: Net appartement op de tweede verdieping. Communicatie over sleutels ging goed, uitgebreide info over horeca in de buurt gekregen. 5 minuten lopen vanaf de winkelstraat. Prima bed, badkamer en heerlijk terras voor wat extra ruimte. Klein maar prima keukenblok.

Bel appartement propre et calme.

Pros: Environnement assez calme, propreté, literie de qualité, belle terrasse. Hôte sympathique et réactive.

Cons: Écoulement de douche bouché par des cheveux, douche italienne qui déborde (nettoyé le lendemain). Passage d’une chambre à l’autre pas toujours pratique (séparation par un palier avec clés).

Pros: Noi abbiamo pernottato negli appartamenti al piano superiore, con un balcone molto molto bello. Pulizia ottima. Staff ottimo. Posizione ottima: vicino al centro e per gli appassionati, adiacente al museo della motocicletta. E' più o meno a metà strada tra i due punti di accesso pedonali a Nicosia Nord. Wi-fi ottimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci tornerei: consigliatissimo!
