Pros: The apartment is very beautiful, has everything in it. The staff were very responsive and helpful. It's super close to Larnaca, while also being outside of the hussle of the city. The balcony is great! Thanks for the stay :)

Cons: The only thing, which is unrelated to the place, is the water pressure. If that's important for you. It seems like it might be a water issue in Cyprus.

Friendly hosts, perfect location, nice swimming pool.

Pros: The location was prefect for where we wanted to be. We came for a wedding and the wedding venue was five minutes walk away, and the sea was very close. Driving to town was a 10 minute drive. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The swimming pool great for a cool dip in the morning.

Would highly recommend if you know the area well . Would certainly stay again as price , location and comfort reflected

Pros: Great location , comfortable apartments with plenty of room . Apartments were very clean when we arrived .

Cons: Beds could have been more comfortable, they were very firm . Sofas could do with a more forgiven comfort . In the stairwells leading to the apartments these could have been cleaned more often .

Relaxing and enjoyable

Pros: Quiet area, the apartment was spacious, more than enough for a couple with a baby I would say, some basic kitchen accessories were provided, enough to make dinner and there are small stores nearby if you need supplies. The best by far was the hospitality from the hotel staff that accommodated me and were available when needed.

Cons: The location is a bit tricky to find and when the hotel will have more quests, parking can be an issue. Also not having a late check-in (I was told that I need to arrive before 10pm) can be inconvenient for guest arriving late in the night.

We spent ten days and the place is lovely 🌹🌹🌹 for holidays.

Pros: The place is in a quiet residential area, very good for family with children and couple as well, just a few minutes walk to the public beach.

Cons: The nonfuntion of the elevator, though it's not a tall building it's only two story building but if it has elevator it would have been the best.

We will definitely be back to stay here! Sooner the better!

Pros: I loved everything about his property. It was so clean, had everything you need such as; washing machine, cooker, iron, ironing board etc we checked in quite late and the staff were very accommodating which I appreciate as we had a small baby! There’s 2 mini supermarkets round the corner walking distance (we actually enjoyed the walk nearly every day) we met the loveliest family’s that were staying in the other apartments and my kids had an absolute ball!! We were so sad to go!

Cons: The only thing I didn’t think was great was the lift not working but that was only because we had a 1 year old with us and carrying her and all our shopping or swimming stuff up every time was a bit of a handful but we managed rightly 🙂

Pros: Great apartment. Amazing for families with kids. Very comfortable in a quiet area.

Cons: Car is recommended as there is not much in walking distance. There are a lot of road works going on around the area. The beach access is also blocked off. There is a beach about 10 minutes walk away.

Pros: East location from city center, quiet. You save time when in mood to travel to Ayia Napa.24/7 shop is in 5min walking distance.

Cons: A bit low tap water pressure.but it's a general problem in this area.

Pros: Although we arrived a little later than the given time 8pm, Andre waited for us and kept in communication with us so to meet in person. The whole set up is really good. Its a home from home with its facilities. It's not a hotel, its an apartment with a communal pool and in a quiet location for families. My booking was a one bedroom apartment. kitchen good size, well equipped with working appliances, main bedroom a good size with good wardrobe space and hangers, lounge/2nd bedroom good size with good quality furniture. Balcony a good size. Inside and out it looks modern, well kept and clean. plug adaptors were supplied if you came with 2 pin plug appliances.

Cons: Nothing to complain about but just information for future guests. Pool is smaller than photos suggest, so no room for inflatables, not enough sun beds although there's room for quite a few more. No shop near by to buy essentials, nearest shop 15 minute walk away on the main road, better to have a car if staying there. The shower pressure is on the low side so took my wife and teenage daughters longer to wash their hair. The pool side toilets were closed as they haven't been refurbished yet. Lifts are closed due to Covid reasons so need to use the stairs .
