Pros: The apartment faces the sea and the view is lovely.

Oceanview apartment Larnaca

Pros: The apartment was large with two bedrooms and ACs in every room، it was clean and the Landlady was very friendly responding to all questions even helping us to book a taxi to the airport, she also allowed us an early check in and a late check out which was very nice of her and helpful. The view from the apartment was superb. Bus to larnaca center and to aya napa were easy to get.

Cons: The location is a bit far away from almost everything as the closest decent super market is 20 minutes walk away close to Radisson hotel north of the apartment. The sea is quite warm and won't cool you down and the time of our stay unless you go very early. There is a wedding venue next door which can be a little loud.

Had a lovely week, would definitely book again

Pros: Easy to find - just head to the left of the building and go upstairs - with simple check in access and adjacent parking. Beautiful outlook over the pebble beach and sea, both of which are just a few meters away. The apartment was very clean, we were especially impressed with the comfort of the beds and quality of the linens. Shops and restaurants are fairly near by and it’s well positioned for trips out. Maria was extremely friendly and responded quickly to any queries.

Cons: Ongoing roadworks detract from the initial ambiance but this is totally out of the host’s control and didn’t really impact our stay at the rear of the complex. A microwave oven could have been handy!

Pros: Both ladies in charge were extremely helpful . We loved everything in the apartment. If we were to go back to Cyprus we would go back to this place , for sure. Thank you again !

Great location, quiet, relaxing, highly recommended

Pros: Great location- beach was meters away, air conditioning made everything more comfortable when the breeze dropped. Bus route close by and a beach walk to restaurants and cafes along the coast. Maria was fantastic.

Cons: around the apartment, there are street renovations everywhere. Only the sea side is beautiful. There is a police station on the other side of the street, and you can often hear the sound of a police siren

Good location and value for money

Pros: The apartment met all our expectations. It was comfortable and situated on the beach front, the Larnaca airport bus route and close to convenience stores.

Cons: Low water pressure due to the road works out side the apartment due to finish 2025,

Pros: Nice spot for a small family, great little balcony and backyard, right on the water! The back was perfect for little ones to play and enjoy and it was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the sunrise! The beach is a bit rocky, but still nice. Free parking.

Pros: Very nice apartment, everything you need is there for a comfortable vacation. This courtyard in front of the beach is just wonderful, and in general the view is just super. The hostess is very responsive, helped with all questions and nuances.
