Pros: It is a nice confortable and clean appartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a nice living that connect to a big terrace with a great seeview, there is a fully equiped kitchen as well. The bus stop is in 200 m either way, and there are very frequent routes either direction from early morning till late night. Just in front of the building is a drug store and a little grocery store, in several bus stops there is Lidl. The shore is confortable and not too steep, the ambiance is really cozy and relaxing

Our great 10 days in Larnaka
Pros: The first and the most important - every picture of apartment, which You find on Booking.com, is 100% true! Apartment building is located on the beach, 20 meters, and You can swim already. Apartment perfectly serves two couples. Perfectly equipped kitchen, very good air conditioning (3 separate units). Terrace with roof, which protects from the sun. Easy check-in. On the opposite side of the street there is 24/7 shop with all essential products. What's also important - reliable and cheap public busses to/from Larnaca, You can reach city center in 10 minutes. Of course I should mention that all communications with owners were very easy, they really take care of their guests

Great accommodation with a wonderful view from the huge roof terrace.
Pros: New and completely complete equipment, great attentive host. Direct access from the building to the beach. Parking available, easy access to the center of Larnaca and the surrounding area. If possible, we will be happy to come again.

Pros: Never thought i will live in such a spectacular apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing! The apartment itself is spacious, clean and full of light. We also enjoyed the beach two steps from the house. The host was always in touch answering our questions and giving advice. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can find there tea, coffee, oil, spices, cleaning supplies etc.
Cons: The road to the house is under construction so be careful not to miss the right turn.

A most relaxing home away from home....
Pros: Best location... restful environment ... to sleep with the sea breeze and the sound of the waves... right on the beach... apartment tastefully decorated , excellent color coordination, exceptionally clean... it provided every possible appliance needed . A home away from home.... I look forward to going back soon...
Cons: You can't possibly find anything to NOT like....

Pros: Это идеальная квартира с собственной огромной трассой с видом на море Прекрасная гостиная с огромным телевизором и музыкальными центрами. рядом с домом ( есть справа и слева) остановки автобусов, которые за 2.4€ довезут вас на главную набережную Ларнаки или в Айя Напу. Кухня оборудована идеально ( есть всё!!!) В каждой спальне свой санузел. Есть все переходники и рапторы Выход из дома на две стороны. один на дорогу где есть продуктовый магазин, другой прямо на пляж под домом среди пальм. Заход в воду идеальный , песчаный пологий. Возле дома есть паркинг, куда приезжают чтоб покупаться на этой безлюдной набережной . Николас невероятно приятный хозяин , который в любое время на связи и подскажет любую интересующую информацию. Благодарим за прекрасный отдых♥️

Pros: Very friendly and committed staff and owner. The apartment is large, clean, and there was a feeling of freshness in every room. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The building where the apartment is located is right next to the beach. The entrance to the water is sandy, and for a distance of 200 meters, the water depth is a maximum of 1.5m. This ensures a safe vacation for the whole family - a super place for paddle boarding or kayaking. We plan to return there next year.

Pros: Apartman je udoban ,čist i poseduje sve što je potrebno .Kreveti udobni osećali smo se kao kod kuće.More je bukvalno ispred apartmana.Terasa ogromna .
Cons: Često se uveče oseća neprijatan miris valjda sa farmi. I mogli bi da srede malu terasu.

Pros: Дом находится рядом с морем!)вид шикарный из террасы!)в каждой комнате есть санузел/кондиционер)территория огромная!)
Cons: Когда приехали не было доски для резки 🥹не хватило,чтобы был зонт в квартире и может пару стульев для моря раскладных!)еще не хватило элементарно полотенец банных и полотенец кухонных) А так всё шикарно😻
